Really good place to get Alterations or dry clean ur clothes. The Alteration lady is nice and friendly and makes me laugh.

I'm so happy with the professionalism and promptness of this company! The seamstress Charlene was understanding of my short time frame and my vision! I am so pleased with my wedding dress alterations and I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

Moved to Santee a couple months ago and needed to find a new dry cleaner and tailor, this shop and the santee dry clean are the only two in the area. Not knowing what to expect, I called the day ahead and asked if I can make an appointment for tailoring. The lady on the phone agreed on 3: 30PM the next day. When I showed up, there are three people sitting on the bench and a bit a line for dry cleaning items. I told her I have an appointment at 3: 30 and she was kind of surprised. That's when I knew maybe they don't take appointments and just all walk ins? I waited and waited then around 3: 50PM, I asked the people sitting on the bench and they told me they are walk ins just for tailoring and the shop lady confirmed I will be seen after all these people. I waited about 40 mins and there are still two people in front of me. I had to call another tailor because I don't know how much longer I would have been waiting.

I highly suggest people to choose different places if you want to be seen fast. The line is crazy and their appointment system does not exist. I wish they could have just told me on the phone the day before that I should just do walk ins. It was such a waste of my time to wait 40 mins and had to go somewhere else.

Dropped off 2 tops on 9/29. One to be cleaned and pressed, one to have the elastic on the cuff replaced. Promised they would be ready 10/3 after 5 pm. They lost my tops. Then they found them and promised to have them ready by 10/6 after 5 pm. When I picked them up there was no apology and they charged me full price.

Fantastic people and alterations were quick and perfect. Charlene was a life saver.
I will definitely be going there again.

THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I got my wedding dress altered & created a new sleeve design. The price amazing & outstanding service.

My First and Last time using this business. BE WARNED On June 1st I called Styles about minor alterations and dry cleaning RUSH on a wedding dress. The owner Charlene said for us to come on down and she would be able to do the dress and have it ready by 4pm June 4th as noted on our receipt which i paid for all work upfront. $500 to be exact.
Upon calling them all day to get a status update on the dress the phone went straight voicemail which was full and could not hold anymore messages. So the bride-to-be and mother in law with a few family friends went to go pick up the dress at 4pm as stated on the receipt.
When they arrived they could not locate the dress nor did it show any professionalism and organization on their end. This was on Saturday as they are closed on Sundays and the wedding was on Monday. Charlene the owner told my daughter to come back tomorrow since they couldn't find the dress.but how were they to pick up the dress on a day when they were CLEARLY closed? So we demanded we would not leave til the dress was found and finished since it was paid in full upfront. When they finally found the dress the alterations were not done, the dress was being dragged all over their dirty floor. My daughter waited until they finished the dress I hope you will take my rant and frustration into consideration before being a new customer. They seem to only value their returning customers.

OVERPRICED and overbooked. Dropped off garments on a saturday, said no rush. Didnt get them back for 8 days. When I called to check on the status they told me it was prom season so things were being dropped off daily and given priority. Okay fine. Then $115 for 2 1" take ins and a third that needed a clasp reversed. Ridiculous. Lesson learned get a quote in writing with a definitive timeline or you'll be taken to the cleaners.

The staff have excellent customer service, dry cleaning and alterations! They altered a multi layered prom dress and a gown for me plus others over the years. They do a fantastic job at reasonable rates! Please check them out.

Great experience and very satisfied with what was altered! I’m literally so short and I can never find pants/ dresses that compliment my height (4’11). I literally called about 20 different alteration spots and most of them were always closed on the times i either get off work or on my days off. I finally called this place and she was able to see me the next day to get it fitted. I tried on so many things for her to alter and one of them was my super long long long bridesmaid dress. I had no problems and loved the fittings of all the things I had alter! Also… if you tell her you need it the next day, she will have it ready for you the next day!

I came here to get my wedding dress altered, and I am SO grateful that I did. I was nervous that I would end up going to someone that would destroy my wedding dress, as I had heard enough horror stories, but Charlene is the best person for the job. She listened so well to what I was asking her to do. The top part of my dress did not fit the way I had wanted it to at all when I first brought it in to Charlene. I was to the point where I could have cried out of frustration, but she fixed it perfectly by taking the whole top part of the dress apart and putting it back together. She is not only so talented, but so dedicated to making sure you are a happy customer and goes above and beyond what other people would do for you. The other staff here are also some of the friendliest people. I definitely plan on getting future clothes altered here.

Been coming here for 5 years. Charlene (owner) is a master at Tailoring. Have never had any issues with dry cleaning. Best of the best. Will never go anywhere else.

I am very happy to have met Charlene. She is one of my favorite people to visit with. Her team treats me like family & they always exceed my expectations when it comes to alterations.

Love them! Reasonably priced service depending on the material of your item. I've been to 3 other tailors/dry cleaning and it definitely doesn't beat Styles. With the combition of service, pace, dry cleaning, hemming or alterations, and quality of work. Recommended! 1 of my 2 favorite tailors.
