Jack is very talented and knows how to keep your hair healthy however he books appointments with multiple people at a time and ignores you. When you have an appointment by yourself he is great, attentive, gives you the style you want. However when he has five people going at once it is a hostile environment as everyone is upset sitting for hours waiting for their turn. Last two times I went I gave him a photo of what I wanted and got something completely different. I will not be going back. Here is a photo of the blond haircut he had previously done that I wanted and here is what I got. When I addressed the issue he said I just needed to come back in three months to get more highlights however he put copper under tones in my hair which I never asked for. I went in with lighter hair and came out with darker hair when I was trying to do the opposite. The cut and the color was wrong, as he cut my bangs short which will take six plus months to grow back.

I would never recommend him to anyone I care! Went to jack because someone recommended him and got hair cut from him. I was happy with my hair cut the first time but the second time I went unfortunately he didn’t care about the appointment time even forgot he gave me an appointment and had four people other people waiting to get service. He was very ignorant about your time or your customer service he had to give you! He was on his phone all the time playing games and constantly played games when he was giving me a haircut didn’t pay any attention to me or my hair and was even showing me how he was winning the game he was playing while working on my hair and just kept bs talking with his other clients which we’re waiting for him! He has no respect for his client or his work and doesn’t spend time on you!

I went to this person jack someone referred him i wish i was never gone to him he is very unprofessional don't know what he is doing has no knowledge of style be destroyed my hair charged me 120$ the whole hair cut was 4 mints i was so mad upset and angry when i left i called him 4 times he didnt answer the calls so i calld my bank to get my monry back please dont trust him with your hair and money,
