My son and I spontaneously decided to go on the whale watching tour and I am so glad we did! We had a great time out there. The captain is super knowledgeable and we saw whales as soon as we got out past the rock. We saw so many whales, sea otters and sea lions. We will absolutely return and do this again.

Whale watching was amazing. Nice captain, decent price and service. I am glad we found this place by surprise.

This was SO MUCH FUN! So much bang for your buck with the underwater viewing. Our captain was so nice and very knowledgeable and skilled. The boat was a little crowded though. Still an amazing experience

These folks are fantastic. Time ran over as we had not spotted anything after 2 1/2 hours. But they found us 3 humpback. Very exciting.

Wonderful trip, we went on October 8th and saw dozens of Humpbacks. DJ was our captain and would highly recommend him and Subsea Tours. He tends to prefer keeping whales on the starboard side, I recommend standing in front on the right for the best experience.

We did the subsea tour. Booking was easy over the phone (same day booking is not available online). The trip was entertaining. We saw California sea lions, otters and fishes. The boat captain was full of wit and made it a great experience.

Great whale watching! Fun and informative crew. No snacks or drinks for purchase but you can bring your own. We had the whales approach us and also saw playful young sea lions jumping up and down out of the water. It's a great time!

This was our third trip whale watching and it didn’t fail. We were able to see humpbacks. It’s a must do experience. Loved every bit of this experience but I do recommend use sunblock because even on foggy days you will burn

Whale watching was more than I expected! The whales were magnificent! The crew was fun, and helped to make the experience feel safe and appreciated! Thank you- we’ll be back! We took Dramamine and was able to enjoy the entire show!

My husband and I booked a whale watching tour with this company. We called and spoke to a very nice young man. He made things very simple. We liked the fact that we could cancel up to within 48 hours of the tour as we were coming from a long distance and I had recently had surgery, so didn't know if I was going to be able to go or not. And unfortunately I was not able to make the trip. We called right at the 48 hour window and they were so understanding! Got our refund on our card the next day! We were so disappointed we could not make this trip but looking forward to try again some other time and we will definitely use Sub Sea Tours!

Our Captain and Crew were extremely attentive and courteous on this amazing must do experience. Our adventure surpassed our expectations. The Captain and naturalist went above and beyond to assure our family was comfortable and had a good time. Our boys had so much fun navigating and steering our vessel! The dolphins were so close we could almost touch them. We saw an extraordinary wave of sea lions feeding and, of course, the WHALES! It was a truly magical experience for us all.

Rented kayaks from here, it was a great experience! Wonderful staff, and they open later than other rental companies.

Truly the best whale watching tour we have ever been on. The staff were courteous, patient, and humorous. We had close encounters with so many humpback whales. They came up and interacted with our boat (quite rare). I highly recommend this company.

Adam and his team are fantastic tour operators. Very friendly, low key, and funny. We went on a group tour and they ensured everyone was entertained! Must visit them.

Great whale watching trip. We saw 10-15 humpbacks spouting and moving in and out of the water (though sadly not jumping!) as well as pods of harbour porpoises. Conditions were very foggy, but the guys running the trip were patient and careful, and it paid off with some fantastic natural sights. Good customer care and good humour rounded off an excellent experience.

This was a bucket list item, now complete! Seeing the feeding humpback whales, & with sea lions, was so amazing. I was elated at how many times we were able to see whale tails. We even got a small breach too! Such a thrill. I would recommend to anyone & everyone! TJ was an amazing guide. Thx ️
