Suburban Propane, Idyllwild-Pine Cove CA

On Saturday, February 11th, I realized that my propane tank was very low. I knew that the delivery mechanism was closed for the weekend. First think on Monday, February 13th, I called for an emergency refill. It was problematic because it had snowed about 3-4 inches the night before and my lane was inaccessible to the propane delivery truck. After speaking to both Jackie and Lance in Idyllwild, a delivery attempt was going to be made. A little later that day, Lance and his partner Dave arrived. Since they couldn't drive down my lane, and their hose was not quite long enough, our neighbor was gracious enough to let the Suburban guys drive close to his house which shortened the distance enough for them to refill our propane tank. Our family greatly appreciated the extra effort made by Lance, Dave and Jackie in Idyllwild. Thank you so much.
