That lady Pamela is extremely slow. The chipotle ran out and instead of grabbing more, she put very little so I had to ask her to get more. Nothing was refilled. I waited like 15 min for the customer in front of me to get their order made.

I love subway, but this particular location has me driving extra distance to go elsewhere. The people there are nice, but I have never had them make a sandwich correctly off the app order. From dousing it in mayo when it was supposed to be light, to completely not putting any produce on a sandwich when it was clearly on the order, they just in general are really sloppy when it comes to online order detail. This final pickup, when they completely left off all meat and cheese (!?) and we opened up a strange sandwich of just veggies and mustard, we decided to be done with this location. They did remake the sandwich when we drove back, and threw in some cookies, (an extra star for trying to make it right) but there have been other times when we weren't able to return and we were terribly disappointed by the sandwiches inside. We have not had this problem with other subway locations. If you go in and directly order and you watch the sandwich being made, it's probably fine. If you want to order ahead.good luck and you might want to check the sandwich before you leave. Also, check expiration dates on drinks in the fridge, almost bought my daughter a chocolate milk that was expired by at least 1 month. I used to help manage a subway in highschool, and this place could use some improvement. A lot of these mistakes happened pre-covid as well. As much as I'd like to use COVID as an excuse, I don't think that's the case here.

There was only one person working and she had 3 big online orders. Customers walked away. That is very unfair to the young lady working.

Just a nice quick place to stop for a decent sandwich. The produce isn't always the freshest but it's not awful. The staff usually nice. I've only had one bad experience but I've chosen to let it go

Was passing through town and stopped for a bite to eat and was very impressed with this subway. Very clean compared to most and employees were so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this store!

Staff is Super friendly, sandwiches are always bomb and the restaurant itself is really clean! Y’all are great thank you!

We got helped by Menolly (sorry if i spelled it wrong) and she had great customer service wasnt rude or anything we didnt even have to repeat our selves!

Food is classic subway, but a sketchy location, with not that good of service. Also no water cups

Normal subway, the person preparing sandwich was very slow, also they did not carry all the veggie options.

Food is good, but the girl that is working there most of the time isn't very hygenic. She's always touching her face and unsanitary surfaces with the same gloves she's making sandwiches with and doesn't wash her hands

Ok so I wanted a quick bite the other day and thought I'd try there breakfast sandwich. Me and my friend go to see if they were open.it was about 945-50 at the time, the open sign wasn't on but the door was open. We walk in and a short Indian girl with glasses tells us to come back in 10 minutes. Ok no big deal but why was the door open? So we come back and she's still not all the way set up, the open sign wasn't on and she hardly spoke. It was really quiet inside the store and the employee didn't really communicate with me and my friend. The cookies were all out right near the register and when we went to pay for our food she ends up forgetting the cash register and goes into the walk-in and brings it out! My friend jokes about it being "cold cash" or coins the employee laughed too. But really? How are you not going to be set up when it's time for you to open? I'm not sure if she was new or what but it was a bit ridiculous. I believe most subways are individuallly owned and operated so maybe that's why. I just had a so so experience. The egg breakfast sandwich wasn't that good in my opinion, my Friend liked his tho.

Good place to get a sandwich the Hindu ladies there are very very nice the manager is a nice guy to location is easy to find right on 65th right there. Bread a little doughy

I love this location, the staff is always very friendly, and helpful. The one thing I will say about this location is it is next to a light rail station, and sometimes you will get people begging you for money in the parking lot, but if you kindly tell them no, its usually not an issue.

Tucked away on a busy corner. Today at 1: 15, it was relatively quiet. I've seen it really busy, though. It's what you can expect from a Subway. Standard quality and ingredients, no frills customer service - the sandwich maker made my sandwich, rang me up - but it's a sandwich place, not Neiman Marcus, so right on.
