14Customer Service sucked! Specifically requested light mayo and she squirted her life away, then when i asked for more mayo to level out the mustard she again squirted her life away! She asked what i wanted and totally disregarded my request.
I really like Subway sandwiches. Some say how much better Jersey Mike's is, but there's just something I like about Subway sandwiches.
Horrible! Staff do not care about customer service. Found gnats in my sandwich. Frozen Vegetables being placed in sandwich. Lettuce never green. Appears that owners do not care about the staff nor how staff treat customers. They never have containers for a side of sauce.
Workers are friendly (well some) but dang today 7-20-2022 it was Hot inside. They said there A. C.broke
Online ordering not working. Called three times. No answer. Drove to subway they were open
Don’t offer water cups or several toppings that are offered at other locations due to them being “discontinued. ” The staff was good though.
Only 2 choices of stale bread, wilted vegetables, they no longer offer cucumbers and now use regular tortillas for their wraps.
Had a delicious American club. Every thing was so fresh and good. Place was spotless and the girl behind the counter was polite and eager to please. And she made our sandwiches perfectly

I’ve been to this subway like 4 times this past week and 2 of them their toaster has been out of order! Also the cashiers are kinda rude sometimes last time I ordered a sandwich for my daughter and they accidentally made a 6” when I told them about it the girl making my sandwich made me an ugly face and grew the sandwich in the trash! She didn’t even wait and asked me if I wanted it she was very rude and wasted food just like that!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered curbside at the Santa Paula, CA, Subway on West Main Street. My order was all wrong. No condiments on anything so it was bland and DRY, no extras as ordered and items on the sandwiches that I didn’t order. I called the Subway twice but there was no answer. Then I called again and got a machine that beeped so I left a message but wasn’t sure if it was an actual answering machine or if I was being disconnected. I cannot come in the store because I am immunosuppressed and that’s why I ordered curbside! My order number is, F2983544-ES. NO RECEIPT! I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS ALL WRONG.
The service is regularly efficient, great character, very nice staff. Will eat here again when I get here.
They should give one of their employees more vacations or pay more every time I go, she treats in bad taste as if it was taking her time
There is not proper 6 feet from each other when you have to pass other customers less than 2 feet to get to the back where you start your order. The tables in front of their glass is not allowing for proper 6 feet.
