I wish there was negative stars. This was THE worst Subway ever. The personal are rude. When we entered there was no one at the counter one of them we could hear talking on the phone after five minutes and calling them few times the other one came out took a look at us and went back without saying anything. Couple of minute later the one on the phone showed up and said let me make this call and come back. ANY WAY THE WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER

Dear Subway, this is the DMV…. Even we can’t take your long wait lines. After waiting way too long in line, I walked out and went to Jersey Mike’s next-door. Parking lot is small.

Joke of a subway. Closed at 8: 45 when on store sign and online it's 10: 00pm close time. Drive here just for solo guy working can close early so can go home. Change the time of closing if gonna have ppl drive there and don't wanna work.

Service needs a lllllooot of basic grade level
It took 30 mins to get 4 sandwiches.
Also the servers were a rude

Manager was the rudest human I’ve ever had to interact with. Started having an attitude with me the second I walked into the shop. I’ve been going to this subway for several years, and every time I go the manager tries to start an issue with someone. Very very unprofessional

Need to hire people who want to be there, not people who hate their job. Attitude issues they have.

The manager Patty was the most rude individual that I’ve ever dealt with. Super low quality service and the sandwich was put together with no pride. It’s a shame but I’ll never return. I tried to sit and eat my lunch in peace but she proceeded to harass every customer that came in.
And be careful because they’ll overcharge you. Ordered a veggie delight was charge for a tuna sandwich and the only reply
I was told (sorry my bad)

I really can't believe what just happened I went in to get a breakfast sandwich the lady pretty much ignored me the manager then but you're then told me I couldn't get veggies on my breakfast sandwich then proceeded to make fun of me for what I put on my sandwich and then proceeded to make fun of me for my piercings are you new to California you're gonna see a lot of people just like me how insulting I almost walked out but was so hungry and my sandwich was already made But I'm not going back

My sandwich had no cheese. Not toasted nothing extra when I ordered extra and no sauce what is the deal.

I had walked in at 7: 05am to get a sandwhich for my daughter before school, in front of the building it says they open at 7: 00am and I saw the door open so I opened it and asked the manager from this location if they were open and she angrily responded “No we aren’t open, we open at 8: 00am! ” I double checked the front again and saw their hours which says they open at 7: 00am. I then later went back after dropping my daughter off at school and they were open at 7: 30am. The manager from this location refused service to me but opened a couple minutes later. I was so upset and I’m not even going to bother going anymore. This isn’t the first time she gives the customers attitude.

Ordered a Subway club for pickup went to pick up got it home and this is what I got so disappointing and where is my roast beef by the way? Not used to getting sandwiches like this from here

There should be more people working there although I do suffer with traumatic brain injury the journey is werth it.

Fast and friendly neighborhood subway. Deluxe tuna with spinach, bell pepper and pickles on cheese and herb roll is a favorite.

Really bad place without any smile the place was dirty the vegetables was not fresh ridiculous service I try the tuna sandwich And is taste like metal box.
Took me hours to change the taste in my mouth
