7Employees were very polite. Got charged $5 because I asked to cut the bread before making the sandwich. If they would have told me that, I could cut the thing myself.
My family of four visit this location on a regular. We love coming through for our children's sports events and other family parties. Every time we have visited we have been treated with so much kindness and respect. In fact they know us by name! Which brings us coming back. Thank you to one of the managers Monique and her team who we see typically on all our lunch/dinner excursions. You are always so kind and friendly with our family. Thank you as your kindness keeps us coming weekly along with our kiddos. They love the sandwiches lol
I was having a large family gathering and needed my party to be catered. I reached out to Subway in Winchester ca for my catering needs! I can’t tell you the best experience from the initial order to the pick up time was exceptional! Friendly staff! My order was ready on time as promised and best of all the sandwiches and side dishes were fresh! My family gathering was a success! My daughter loves subway and we hardly ever get it, so she was excited we were going to pick it up after her late activity. It was supposed to be open until 9pm, we got there at 8: 25pm, and they had already locked the door. They then put up a paper sign after we tried the door that said they closed at 8: 30pm. I get wanting to be done as quickly as possible, but then they need to change their business hours. If we had known they were going to close early, we would have stopped at another subway. At this point we didn’t want to drive back down Winchester, so we got something else nearby.
Unacceptable! The window displays to wear a mask when you come in but one of the employees was not wearing a mask while making our food. This dirty cell phone was on the surface where our subway sandwich goes on. How is this place open? !
No cucumbers, no olives, no small drink cups, no Doritos, app isn’t working.really slacking today!
This Subway is my local spot. I would give more stars when they fire the old woman who works there. She makes the worst sandwiches, she's very nice but makes hands down embarrassingly bad sandwiches. I just walked in and saw it was her and walked out. She literally is the reason I do not come here unless someone else makes my food.
