Lady was totally rude just throwing my sandwich together. I started to just walk away but I had to feed my baby

Today I went in at around 8: 15-8: 20 am. I go to PCC so I thought I’d be a good idea to grab a quick sandwhich for the day. When I walked in a regular was there, he was a old man, but she treated him like he was oblivious to the fact that she shorted him change. He explained to the women “my total was $17.99 and I always get $2.01 back” she dismissed him and told him to look at the receipt. I’m sure he was right because this wasn’t my first time seeing him there. He didn’t want to argue so the poor man left. When it was my turn to be charged she asked me was it for here or to go, I said clearly to go. But when I received my receipt she charged me the eat in tax. Not a lot of people know this, but when you decided to eat in at subway they will charge you a eat in tax. Many places do this. When I confronted her about it she told me there was no difference and it was the same price and take out, little did she know I worked at a subway before and knew the difference. So when I told her that she dismissed me as well. I told her she didn’t need to lie about it. As I left she proceeded to chase me out the subway telling me she needed to charge me again, I asked her “so I was right and your lying. ” And she said yes. I couldn’t believe the sarcasm and disrespect I was hearing. At that point I told her that she didn’t need to lie and I left. I had class and didn’t have time to argue with someone who was clearly taking advantage of customers. Couldn’t believe it was here right next to my campus.

Once upon a time Subway was terrible, but for the last decade they care to be better. First they cleaned up the stores then worked to be fresh and that plus decent pricing is what we've come to expect (update: that expectation is soft lately). I like this location, and am very pleased with their newly added agua frescas (still good). The lemonade is like what you'd get frsh at hotdog on a in the mall, and the watermelon cucumber is sweet and refreshing. (Iced tea is pretty good too). Update: Discontinued the honey oat 9 grain, so now Italian herb is the sensible choice for Tuna unless spicing it up on jalapeño cheese.

Every time I come here, the staff is always polite and friendly. I enjoy coming to this location and they have a full menu and drink selection.

It is in the middle of Downtown Pasadena so it is large enough to serve many, but friendly enough to come anytime and have a meal by yourself while doing some work.

6: 30 pickup. I lock the door because I'm alone and say that I couldn't make it, and there's no saying I'm sorry. Waiting outside on a rainy day, they lock the door and don't open it. They just tell me to wait. The service at this branch is messy and unfriendly. It's very unpleasant and unpleasant.

This place is great except for the way they make sandwiches. They put the toppings in the middle instead of on the sides. It ends up not being able to be closed with all the sauce and smaller toppings coming out on the side. It looks like a taco.

***WARNING***

I used to come here very frequently after class to eat inside and relax, but last week I was told that I couldn't eat inside without a vaccination card.
I asked the lady "when did you start implementing this? "
And she told me it had started that day. I felt kind of singled out since I didn't have my vaccination card on me, or a picture of it. They should tell their customers when they change their policies. This covid craze is ridiculous, I just wanted to eat a sandwich! No other subway that I've been to has ever told me this either.

By the time I got home was when I noticed the bread on my sandwich was stale.

Overall, my experience here was very bad. I threw away the sandwich and will probably go eat at the panda express nearby instead.

Subway is good, i’ve been craving the italian on white bread!
great tasting veggies, fast service and this location is always fast never busy.

Overpriced $1-2 more expensive than other subways, bit at least their veggies looked fresh.

The service here, 5/10/2021 PM was great! The woman working there made an awesome custom sandwich, and made everyone in the restaurant feel like valued customers. The value and quality of Subway was definitely upheld here at this place!

"Ruth" was alone, working her tail off to fill the orders of both in store customers and phone in customers. She was incredibly efficient and she maintained a great attitude. I was impressed. Someone should give her a bonus for tonight. She deserves it.

I love this place! They have high quality dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that restaurant is well trained, I love a lot tasting all their food. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the clients is nice. I often eat in this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

In advance, I don't understand how there can be any reviews less than 5 stars for this Subway shop. I'm a regular Subway customer and have ordered from many others Subways in the Pasadena area and non come close to this one. In fact, the service couldn't be 5 stars without the attention of Ruth. On this day, she made 3 sandwiches as requested! My kids and I enjoyed the food and will definitely return for our next round of sandwiches.
