Subway, La Mesa CA

I got there at 8: 30 and they had the doors locked and they wouldnt attend me because they need to close by 9: 00. It makes no sense if they're going to lock the doors and not attend people at 8: 30 tp close by 9 they should change their closing time.

Came in for a quick bite before hitting gym, it was quick and easy. However there seems to be an awful potent smell coming from next door Neil salon. It smells alon like Neil polish or some sort of chemical. Horrible.

The new ownership is very greedy concerning coupons. I made sure to ask how many restaurants they own (10) 1 in La Mesa 2 in El cajon. 1 in oceanside is all i could get for info, but i did this, so that I can be sure to avoid the franchise owners completely.

Subway is always wonderful. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at subway. Always get exactly what I want

They only accept coupons of $6.99 for the cheaper meat sandwiches. There seems to be new ownership that are not from this country and very money hungry. With times being very expensive, coupons matter to some of us. This is not a good spot anymore. The homeless population is getting a lot worse outside this store as well. I don't recommend going here.

This was my first time going into this subway as I just started working for an insurance company close by. They were super busy but “Amy or Annie” (i’m horrible with names and I just went over there and already forgot. I apologize to her wholeheartedly) was amazing. I received top-notch customer service as did every other customer there. My only complaint is that they are not doing chopped salads and chopped salads are so Much easier to eat than a regular salad, especially when you’re taking it on the go or to work. I would say to the owner please bring back the chopped salads. I know myself and probably many other customers would truly appreciate it. Thank you so much

I always love Subway's.because there sandwiches are very good. Only payed $7: 00 for half a sub with a small soda.

The reason why I am leaving only 1 star is because, I was standing waiting for my turn while, there was a lady in front of me, one person was working on her order while the other person instead of helping me saw me and pretended to be helping the lady at the same time. If you want customers to leave happy just treat them like you want to be treated, don't hide when you can easily be seen. I am not going back to any other subway again.

Lil mama with the red hair is a rockstar. They were so busy and she held it down on her own while being super sweet.she needs a raise!

Located off of El Cajon Blvd. Parking is a hit and miss. Close proximity to a laundry, hair salon, and Sprout's. Two new hires and both exemplified high accolades of service. Subway brand, maintains it's consistency within the franchise. No wait, all forms of payment accepted. Fresh food. Patient and responsive when kids order.

It was the best Subway experience I have ever got in San Diego. Amy was awesome. Even though there was one more customer before me she was able to finish orders almost at the same time. Also very friendly and talkative. Great time management and customer service. I will be back for her service. Thanks Amy!

I walked in nd ordered my food some nice lady was making me nd both my partners sandwich some African America lady walked out nd straight started rolling her eyes like she did not wanna be and there and then on top of that she forgot to pack my cookies that i bought i will not be returning back to this subway bad customer service skills

This subway is usually pretty busy. I’ve only come here a few times, but I’ve had to walk out once for the very long wait.
