Subway, Palm Desert CA

Last night I went there at 6pm and ordered meat balls sandwich for my son with cheese, by 2: 00 am my son violently got food poisoning for 2 hours, he has vomiting and diarrhea so sick, he never had this problem with food, please avoid meat balls food in the store right now if you don’t want to get sick.

EXTREMELY clean restaurant both behind the counter and the public spaces. Staff was friendly and efficient.

This is a pretty reliable store and is usually pretty quick with orders…. Not a lot of parking around here but best options are out the back.

I ordered online for my food and I never got it. They looked up my order and saw I was telling the truth and started making my order. Then one of them decided to call their manager or something and they decided to not give me my food. They also refused to refund me my order. So they just charged me for food and then never gave me it. The staff was rude and they refused to give me any manager number or customer service number. All they told me was to come back monday. Will never eat here again.

If you want the smallest portions of meat you've ever seen, be sure to visit this Subway location.

Ok sandwiches. Cheap. But decent. Staff is always friendly

Just visited 4/14/2021 and there is a sign that they do not take subway coupons. At subway. Not cool

Very rude employees they don’t care about service as long as they getting paid the only person gets effected is the owner because wrong choice of employees

It was good but my ham was a little slimy i think it had a wap.anyways stan subway for clear skin

I was here when the employee served me, he made upset, I don't why but he just did. So I ate my sandwich with a burning hatred, staring into his eyes. He never did notice me so I felt lonely and upset. I left one star because the emotional train wreck I went through by being here.

Tried to serve uncooked bacon. Then argued, when discussed how to properly lay them out to rebake them. She kept making a pile assuming the middle pieces would, as she said" would be "heated enough". Avoid this location, at all costs.
