Subway, Visalia CA

Went in last Saturday to grab a quick bite, haven’t been to subway in a while which I expressed to the employee, Yesenia, she recommended the series subs and I decided on the MexiCali, it was an amazing experience, thanks to the employee, she was lovely and efficient. Will be back!

I ordered through the drive thru
Ordered my husband a meatball sub. Got home his 1st bite said it's cold. Now it warming it in our toaster oven the only thing left cold still is the meatball. My point is it has to be obvious the the employees that there serving meatballs that haven't been warmed at all. Really not cool.

Great service and very friendly! Used a coupon here which is a little bit of a further drive since I've heard the one on Houston doesn't take coupons. Worth the extra drive! Sandwiches were huge and I saved with my coupon that they happily accepted. Thank you subway on dinuba!

I love subway and this subway is my go to because of the driv thru, but these last visits I’ve gone they have been messing up my order adding sauce that I do not select instead of what I select at the kiosk also not adding enough lettuce in the protein bowl. Very disappointing.

Had a 6 inch turkey, was their special. Within a hour I was deathly sick with food poisoning. Had to call a ambulance. Thankfully I was sitting in a clinic in Orange Cove waiting for a friend, so got help quickly.

I love the touch screen ordering and the order save feature is super quick to reorder next time. The best drive-thru ever! Our orders are always exactly how we order them when we drive thru and it's open late too! Always a good choice.

Drive thru is very unsanitary you have to touch a dirty greasy screen just to order no talking to a speaker this is a good way to get sick or spread infections/disease.

First time drive thru. Noticing it takes awhile, since u have to input your own stuff. If u stuck behind someone that still has a clamshell phone, you'll be there for awhile.

The wait time to get to the order screen was more than 20 minutes. There should be an employee that can help a confused customer with their order via speaker assistance, or offer the confused customer assistance inside.

Best sandwiches anywhere. I don't really like the kiosks where we have to order the food, but that's not going to stop me from going there. Girls at drive threw window are very pleasant.

I love the drive through kiosk.way more efficient than traditional and it minimizes the risk of contracting covid

Always get Good service at this place.
Has Sub of the day. Of which the one at Winco shopping center does NOT have.

I get most of my lunches there.

I went in and they didnt understand what I wanted in my sandwich even though I repeated myself 10 times they started giving me nasty looks after I told them no on stuff they were putting on my sandwich. Never have I had these problems with other subways. They have a nasty attitude.

They never answer their phone and my orders via app are always sub par so I just don’t go to this store anymore.

When I got home I looked at my receipt, it was noticed that cashier didn't give milatary discount, I showed her my ID card before she started ring up items.
