Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
18This Subway is one of the best I have eaten at staff is friendly and sandwiches are fat. This is what a monster supposed to!
Francisco was wonderful despite being left alone with several difficult customers he dealt with. Even though my sandwich took longer than I thought it would Francisco was very friendly and did a great job.
Terrible costumer service the girl that works at this subway very rude she never greets you this is her number in the receipt #15544 she shouldn’t be working there always bad attitude.
Very short staffed. 1 person at lunch time. Another came but seemed new as constantly had to ask questions. Their app still not updated. They had no plastic knives for my salad so they gave me one if their sharp sandwich making knives. No salt & pepper so I was given some in a cup. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels and needed attention. This visit was worse than my visit 6 months ago.
I ordered 3 sandwiches and a Italian B. M. T protein bowl. The subway employee forget the meat and had to take the bowl out the bag. Upon arriving home my wife noticed he forgot the cheese and the lettuce, only spinach. Not to mention they ran out of vinegerette oil.
No one was in front. But several attempted Sandwiches were laying out on the counter only the bread tho. One Flatbread full of everything just sitting out. No one acknowledged me because well no one was there. I looked at the veggies and meat. Several veggie containers were empty food was everywhere. It looked disgusting. If you aren't going to have a few employees per shift, I'll pass. There's this thing called a BREAK. And I know for a fact subway is breaking labor laws.
You have to have enough staff to break and at least two up front. PRESENT! Most subways seem to understaff.
So I walked out. Ordered from Jersey Mike's. Nice and clean. 3 people up front ready to help me. Take a hint subway. Your restaurants are now below subpar.
My son and I went there 3 days ago, and waited at least 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back. The place was pretty dirty, with food laying all over the counter. They were out of turkey, bacon, and ham. I've come to this location for years, and I've never dealt with anything like this. Not sure we'll go back.
Tonight me and my Husband went in for (4) footlong's
There was only ONE person working
They were out of
*Bacon
*Mayo
*Roast beef
They discontinued Swiss cheese. "Y" it's supper good Bring it back.
I really think you all should have more then ONE WORKER at all times and make sure your fully stocked
Cause it sucks having to tell angry customers that your out of alot of items
What is going on
Should there be a supervisor there
Yes
This was a great subway until all the subways decided to have one employee and now do online orders. Subway thinks its ok to make a person wait in line for 45 min. Average for a sub. They all do this now. Not worth it anymore
Line was long, skeleton crew to boot. This kid just kept at it. Young kid with glasses. I had 3 foot longs and a wrap, and there were probably 4 people behind me. This guy had his food delivery drivers being served too. I would’ve locked up and walked out if I were him. I left a
tip for him because I’m sure he gets no breaks doing everything by himself.
Friendly service but the poor girl was by herself and it was slightly busy. The cookies were dry but the sandwiches were alright but with Nats flying around the food was pretty nasty. The owner needs to do better and have more then one person working.
OMG so not what I expected because I had been there several years ago and had the worst experience ever but now they've cleaned up the place got rid of the rude workers not to mention lazy and nasty workers I had completely stopped going there for several years because of this but now they are doing amazing? My sister talked me into going there for some sandwiches and I couldn't believe My eyes it was cleaned up the manager waited on us she was amazing friendly out going non stop smiling courteous I am very satisfied and happy I can go back to my favorite Subway Sandwich Shop.
Please at least hire someone who can help him! Very big line with one cashier, n sandwich maker
Waiting for more than 35 min to get one tuna sandwich
Walked in at 10: 10am. Open sign was on and the door was unlocked. The unmasked girl working said she needs to prep vegetables and can only make sandwiches with meat, cheese, & lettuce. I asked for a discount since they’re not offering everything and she said no. And proceeded to tell me that they are technically closed and the front door is unlocked because they are going in and out of it? The open sign it lit up and the door says they open at 8am?
This place needs to be better managed—-Out of Italian bread, out of pepperoni, out of mayo, and the store looked disheveled…we left and went to another Subway down the street. The other subway was fully stocked, much cleaner, and more modern.
I am giving 5 stars for Hin. Hin was the only employee working on this very busy morning. He was nice, very apologetic, and made a great sandwich! Thank you!
Came into abandoned dark store, methed out emp said just got out of bathroom and starts pulling everything out with no gloves absolutely disgusting
Went there today on my lunch break, and they had only 1 worker behind the counter. Not only that, but this young lady wasn't even in uniform. No Subway shirt, apron, cap, or anything. Not even a facial mask during this pandemic. Just a baggy t-shirt, and baggy pants sagging so low her underwear could clearly be seen. That in my opinion, is very unprofessional. This place has really bad management, and is completely understaffed.
