Went in during the rain at 8: 15 still not open even when sign said other wise employees are in there doing noing just eating and standing around when there supposed to be open I won't be back!

Can't understand the servers accent especially with the mask on. She was very patient with me and kept repeating till I got it. Sandwich was awesome

I was turned away because they have too many online orders to fill that they can't help walk in customers. Unbelievable

This subway banks on its location and near by people and business, and it’s the only thing it’s got going for them. It’s a shame to franchise and a shame to the Subway name.

We lack options for weekday lunches and this subway always have something wrong or missing. Most of the time coming here is a waste of your time and they might not have the ingredient you want or it’s just simply gonna be a bad sandwich…is that possible? Yes it is here. I’ve had subway many years and this is the first place (international locations included) that can seriously mess up a standard menu sandwich.

Workers here aren’t properly trained the managers aren’t doing their jobs in ordering hiring training restocking their stuff.

However many times we try to give them a chance, never fails to fail us. We need to learn our lessons and support other businesses nearby for lunch. Even if that means going further away!

Someone please buy this owner out and do better! Give us better sandwiches…it’s not that hard.

Did not have onions online. They didn’t have any prepared to put online. Plus, if you have a sandwich menu posted with the INGREDIENTS that comes with EACH sandwich on the menu; shouldn’t the employee have those memorized instead of asking the customer what they want on it? !

One star on service, product and cleanliness. I won't be back to this preticular store.

Absolutely, And Most Definitely The Worst Subway Ever Existed In California, Yesterday I Went Their To Eat A Sandwich 07/22/222 @ 11: 30 am, They Do Not Even Know How To Make Any Sandwich And They Keep Asking Silly Things, Lastly I Told The Lady With Big White Nails That I Want My Sandwich Toasted, And Guess What She Was Clueless.
The Owner Of This Resturant Needs To Hire Whole New Staff Because Withing 30 min He Lost Me And 3 Other People.

Lousy customer service they get annoyed when asking something in Spanish and I think they should talk to the person (woman, young and wearing a hat) preparing my food in an unpleasant way, luckily another person charged me and I told him that if I was angry person who served me, just apologized for someone else's mistakes.

Same as all others. Employee at this location was caring and professional during my visit.

Only come here if you are starving and want to be disappointed. My team and I placed our lunch order, on 3 checks to keep them separate, 12 sandwiches total, and only 3 of them were actually labeled, so you can imagine the frustration trying to decipher what is what, when nothing matches the receipts. A few of the sandwiches were actually MISSING MEAT? A few missing veggies, overall nothing matched the receipts. Really feels like they just threw random sandwiches in bags and said have a nice day. A complete waste of money and time. We will not be coming here again.

Slow service, was out of ingredients and the employee prepping my sandwich went to lunch while my sandwich was in the toaster so it was over toasted.

It took 40 minutes to make the online order ready, after waiting long the gave me wrong order! They even dont even check the orders!

Slow service because this store is not staffed properly. Lack of ingredients, always out of roast beef and provolone cheese. Today there was no tomatoes, black olives, peppers, provolone, roast beef.

I came into this location about 8: 00pm and there was nobody in the front and just a couple started sandwich orders you could see behind the glass. After about 1-2 minutes a gentleman comes out of the bathroom, and immediately says UNLESS YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER I CAN'T HELP YOU. I said excuse me, he mumbled something about no working register and I would need to order on the app or website.

Since I was already there I went ahead and order through the app and from there it was literally like a 3-minute process and very rushed and sloppy. I paid $3 for EXTRA bacon and it's like I barely got any bacon at all, and he even says OH YOU WANTED CUCUMBERS WE DON'T HAVE ANY. All the other veggies and sauce are packed onto a luke warm toasted sandwich. I said fine I will go without, and wanted the sandwich half each wrapped separately and that was a NOPE.

The guy working needs better manners and work on how he speaks to someone. Probably won't be back to this location for awhile if at all.

Came in for a sandwich & had to wait 20 min just for the bread to “cool off”. It was out of the oven already but for some reason the employee Candy made me wait… She said they had no other bread options although they advertise at least 5 different kinds of bread. She was also extremely rude about the situation. I won’t be going back to this location, definitely worth the drive elsewhere!

The server was pretty generous with all the filling.
He made a great Tpasted Tuna Sandwhitch.

Terrible service. Every time I order curbside service, I cant even get them to bring out my order. They are oblivious and dont care about doing a good job. After several bad experiences, I now refuse to go to either one near me.
