I usually order through the app and pick up around lunch, busy or not they always have it ready on time and just as I order it. The ladies at the counter are always nice too
For a foot long #4 Italiano Supreme Meats very similar to one I had from Jersey Mike's recently but cheaper at under $11.00. Cut in half and wrapped separately and became another meal.
Personally I really can't taste that MUCH difference between the #1 chain Jersey Mike vs Subway.
Under new ownership, this restaurant has a different vibe. Greeted warmly upon arrival and served quickly, this place is going to thrive. They also have a new menu which is fantastic! Lastly, I left my phone behind inadvertently, but they recovered it and held it until I was able to come back and get it. I will return!
Was starving after my flight and you just can't go wrong with Subway. Had a great sandwich and great service. Thanks!
The employees are accommodating and nice. The sandwiches are smaller (in width) than what they used to be.
I have ordered a sub here 6+ times on doordash. Every single time I hit toasted - the sub doesn't get toasted.
I see on the printed receipt where it specifies to toast the bread on the sub, so I know they know to toast the sub.
You can't exactly ask for the sub that delivers at your doorstep to get toasted at that point - its already made, what am I gonna do, spoon-goop everything off the wet bread and toast it then?
It's not worth refunding - it's not worth boycotting, but it is a disappointment every time.
This was an awesome experience.with a chain store products are pretty consistent, but the service is always hit or miss, in this case it was a hit. I was helped with enthusiasm and hustle.great job. I didn't catch the employees name but it was around 11am.
I ordered 2 footlongs and they refused to give me a 3rd one free even though the deal is buy 2 get one free. The employee was incapable and incompetent of even trying to assist me or even asking anyone about what was going on. She insisted she was right and turned me away
Had to be one of the slowest employees ever running this store by himself during a rush. I feel bad for the kid but at the same time he could have moved a little bit quicker. I didn't need every single one of my pickles carefully laid out he could have just taken a handful of slop them on there and would have been good.there was a long line building up and some people were even leaving in frustration I would have done this myself hadn't a sweet lady let me cut in front of her and I felt like just leaving would have disrespected that.
Nick was the best subway server I've ever encountered.super friendly and excellent memory. I will come back because of him.

Good and consistant. Thursday sub of the day BMT is where it's at. Gotta throw in those jalapenos.
The guy in charge with a crooked eye was very dry in his service. Did not listen to the order and each item had to be repeated twice. They placed my food in the oven to toast it, and it came out cold. Disappointing overall. Better to go to 7-11 next door for actual food.
