Subway, Fremont CA

Only caveat is the waiting time due to the crowd there otherwise great staff, great sandwich I love.

This Subway is exceptionally good. While our family loves Subs and frequents many Subway franchisees, the ladies running this Subway are extremely polite, take care of the customers, never ever cut short on sandwich fillings or dressings. They ensure that the Sandwiches/Subs are of the best quality - always asking the customers whether they enjoyed their meal or not. Can easily vouch that this is the best Subway that we have ever been to among more than 50 Subways locations across 5 countries, that we have eaten at!

Don’t even listen what we want to order they just go with their wish, and when asked why they didn’t do it. They say it’s not their first day. This happens when they don’t have any customers, assume how it will be when it’s busy.

They didn’t have everything together, missing certain condiments, and some of the sauces looked like they hadn’t been changed.
Won’t be coming back.

I placed my order using the subway app. When I went to pick up the order no one was available at the outlet. I waited for 20 mins when I saw two staff members rushing in to the employees room. It seemed they went shopping during business hours. They prepared the order in a hurry. Neither did they ask me for my choice of bread nor did they put any sauces in my sandwiches. They did offer me a complimentary drink though which I accepted. I don't want anybody to lose their jobs (if subway management looks at this comment someday). But a warning is definitely called for.

Worst and grossest place EVER! Bugs everywhere! They really need to work on hygiene and the older people on their customer service.the kids are very polite though they deserve a better atmosphere.

Had a very pleasant visit with my daughter and the workers even made "conversation" with her which I thought it was very caring.

Great customer service from the staff members here and an overall good experience. Also this store is kept very clean.

I probably passed by Subway but I didn't visit there today but I've been to the Pleasanton location and it was a great experience.

Untrained people not having experience. They so not even understand the order what they have.worst experience.worst maintenance. They even do not know how to pack footlong order they made 2 seperate orders for one footlong order.how silly!
