Subway, Vacaville CA

Used to be good staff. Recent experience, despite announcing a coupon, & not being familiar w/new menu, ended up being charged almost $14 per sandwich instead of $6.99. Kind of ticked off, so will visit Jersey Mike's sandwich shop in same center next time I feel like a deli sandwich.

Wonderful staff, super kind and patient. Saved me from buying another pair of headphones. I left them on a chair, totally forgot to grab them when I left. I called and they had them:) thank you

Just like any other subway but the service was not upto the level you expect. The toaster was broken and they told us after we are half way through our sandwich.

24 HR SIGNS POSTED ALL OVER!? !? Why advertise that you're open 24 hr right next to main freeway if it's not?

This store doesn’t care at all about delivery orders. Never gets the order right, always missing items, and just now I waited 40 minutes for the driver to arrive at the store only to text me that the store ran out of turkey. First off how do you run out of turkey, but even then, you don’t have the courtesy to inform me or Grubhub you can’t fulfill the order once it’s placed? Instead waste my time and the delivery driver. When I try to call, they never answer. If I do get the food, the sandwich is horribly put together. And they have never given me my cheese on the sandwich out of at least 10 times, even though I pay for it. NOT ONCE. This is literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Love salads. Sad they don't have chopped salad, but glad they still have them. Tuna is my favorite. I can't make it like them. Just delicious. A little pricey, but isn't everything.

Seems as if they do not have core values within their company to provide any valuable customer service!
Ordered a "Party Sub" for my workplaces party we were having a week prior.
I was told that the "Party Sub" would be ready.
As a result, I let the operator of the phone know that my good friend "Vito" would be picking up the sammy.

I am rather disappointed with my attendance of this subway, But the subs are good.

Absolutely the best subway sandwiches we've ever had. They are consistently great every time we go. The place is clean with consistently good staff.

They close whenever the hell they want. You get to the door and it's locked. The employee at the counter just looks at you. This has happened MANY TIMES.

The person behind the counter closes early whenever they feel like it. They are supposed to be open until 2AM. If you lodge a complaint, they harass you on social media.

I went to this subway at 12: 30pm, because it says they close at 2am. She had the open sign turned off and was putting everything away, she said that whatever was there, was there and I could tell she didn't want to give me service, so I just left. If you close at 2am, you can't just refuse service like that, then she should just clock out and stop stealing company time, which is a form of company theft.

Careful they close earlier than expected. Been here several times after work and they're closed before their 2am.

Being out of town finding a nice place clean place to get food and the employees being very nice was pleasant

Off the grid so it's not too busy. Sandwiches are made nicely, they add toppings, just ask.

The best sandwich is the meatball marinara with parmesan and oregano. Add pepperoni for only 40 cents and put onion's bell pepper and olives and the most magical explosion of flavor ever

Yes, I know it is a Subway and most of them are basically the same. But, this location is above average IMO because the lady who runs the place and her staff are very friendly and nice and they stay open to the early morning hours which is great if you work late or are staying nearby at the hotel and are hungry when every other option is closed.
