Subway, Spring Valley CA

Not too friendly, online orders arent made on time.some of the ladies working there are really mean.it seems like the only guy ive seen working (the manager maybe) is trying to save the place. Go to the one off of avocado, the ingredients taste more fresh there and the people are nicer. I gave up on this sweetwater location after months of frustration.

Right down the road from Monte Vista, close to where my daughters have some games or their soccer practices. The owner was very friendly. Food was good, a couple small tables inside, and A. C.to help keep us cool. All good.

Overall pretty good but there is a new old lady working, never seen her before but she is very mean. She always mistakes cheeses. Last couple times I went I asked for pepper jack and she put American when I corrected her she gives me attitude. Besides that pretty good.

Justin was very helpful this morning when I went in for my tuna sandwich. Usually the people who work at this location give me an attitude for simply ordering food lol but Justin was welcoming and kind.

One more Sweet Afghani lady employee today 12/09/21 and also a gentleman his name is JUSTIN yesterday 12/08/21 super nice enjoying the conversation he engaged with my kids

They didn't seem to be very friendly put to much mayo and mustard, tomatoes a little on the green side only ate part of it

Last time you advertising got me to spend an extra $25 to save $5 and they never adjusted my bill for the free 6 inch sub. Said it's too late now to do anything about it now if I didn't catch it right then, but I wasn't going to waste gas $ to get $5.00 off. Subway you got me for an extra $25, but it be the Last time I purchase another gift card from you.

Great customer service at this location! The employees are very kind and attentive. New management and new faces. A gentleman by the name of Brandon made my experience there outstanding!

The service was excellant and the ingredients were fresh. One of the best Subways I have been to.

They are busy minimum waiting period 3 to 5 hours to get a door to be loaded but the process is very easy check in or out.

On occasion I use Subway as a reward. I care for an autistic adult and on this day I had to buy ink for my printer. He wanted soda and chips and in order for him not to get upset in public I told him I would take him to Subway. He gave me a look as to say okay but we better go. It works every time. He loves Subway.

Horrible experience wasted my time and gas just trying to purchase 3 sandwiches! They were out of product, didn’t have change, and wanted me to go next door to get change that is such an inconvenience to me even though I asked if they had change before I placed my order and they said yes! I was rung up wrong, they kept my coupon even though I didn’t even use it, wasn’t even busy and they completely wasted my time! Employees are very nice and helpful but management team sucks and don’t even care about the customer. Will never go back! If I could rate a zero I would in a heartbeat! Boo!

I’ve never had a problem here, staff are mostly friendly and the food is alright. No public bathrooms and the prices are almost fair. Just your typical subway.

They need to work on the consistency of their vegetable layout some of them put very little lettuce and only 4 tomato slices. It should have enough lettuce to cover the bottom part of the bread and they should always put 6 slices of tomato
