Absolutely Terrible I think of a decent human experience but they cant even see offer that what pathetic attpt of employment fire all these lazy asss in employees

My poor son in law was treated rudely my son in law is so chill and respectful and the guy working here at night on 10/14/2022 should find another job that makes him happy.

The absolute worst customer service interaction I’ve ever experienced. Sandwich was made messily and we were treated so badly.

Dude come on. I get it if you're having a bad day, I can empathize with that. But, I asked this guy- He had no mask on, no gloves- to check the balance of a gift card I got from school and he glared at me for not knowing which way to swipe the card. Swiped it, no biggie, five dollars on the card. This guy. This guy! Just straight up DIPPED, After saying "You have to look online for deals. There's no sandwiches on the menu for five dollars. " Like A, Don't be classist. B, Don't assume. I'm a whole adult, I have income, I was looking to use the card as a discount thing. Maybe he saw my backpack and assumed I was a highschooler as opposed to one of the many college students in the area. I mean honestly! Maybe I just wanted a cookie or something less than 5 dollars. I said, "Well, I have my debit card, so-" But he just stayed in the back. At that time I realized that he was kinda gross, why would I wanna support this franchise? So I left. Anyway, if you see the older gentleman with very few teeth in his head, that was the guy.:/

Terrible experience. Bread was old and stale. After toasted was too hard. The customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. She was rude, in a rush (even though I was the only customer in the restaurant) and acted as if she couldn't hear what I asked for on my sandwich.

Waited 15 mins for the person behind the counter to make one sandwich for the person in front of me and wasnt even done.i left.meanwhile a second person was more interested in cleaning the traps for the drinks than helping a waiting customer.there another subway just down the street dont bother with this one

To many discrepancies in the menu, tuna is not remotely close to tuna (fake fish) bread made with filaments of yoga mats (I kid you not, Google it). Last but not least, Subway doesn't kneel for the American Flag (Megan Rapinoe wanna be's). I wont kneel for Subway

Just came in for dinner, and Chanel was awesome! She was also training a new guy and I thought the way she handled training and making sure all my sandwiches we made in a timely fashion was on point and wanted to high light her hard work! Thank you for the great customer service!

The employee working the afternoon today is amazing! She always makes me incredible sandwiches.

The poorest customer service ever, this restaurant should hire people with actitude to serve and not just showing to work to make a buck. I will put a 0 star but there is not option for that. I cannot understand why the offer products like soup and they do not have any. If one day I return to it (something that doubt will happen), I will make sure this young guy is not there.

This one employee decides to lock the doors in my face right when I was about to walk right in, 20 minutes before closing time without warning.

Please avoid this place like you avoid corona at all costs.:)

FRESH, TASTY, AND DELICIOUS. Subway is alway a safe choice when you want a great sub sandwich.

Served by 1997 and he has a serious problem with women. The women before me he called a bit** and he threw the receipt at me and was rude as hell thru my whole order. The man he helped prior to me he was friendly and kind to. He needs some series customer service classes and does not need to be working with subway with the issues he has. The food wasn't even prepared properly. I was ready to walk out and probably should have. Host order I'd spm20210227032511. Subway you can do so much better. He also refused to provide me a kids meal for my 7 year old.

Subway is always a great choice for healthier take out food. The staff are always pleasant and upbeat, the prices are decent and wait time goes quickly if there is a line. The reason I only gave Subway 4 stars is because they no longer have 'roast beef'. I have asked several Subway staff at different locations and they all say they no longer buy roast beef due to the increased cost. This doesn't stop me from going but let's hope nothing else is taken off the menu.

Wow! I was blown away tonight by the amazing customer service I received from Kyle. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up getting more items than I planned on because Kyle recommended them, and after going home and trying them out I am so happy I took his advice. My food was delicious, it was prepared with care and attention to detail which are very important to me. I will definitely be returning to this subway because of Kyle. He a star employee and made my night with his great service.

Terribile customer service. I stood in line for 15 minutes and was never acknowledge.let other customers go in front of me. I believe it had to be a race issue. Very unprofessional.

Zero stars if i could. Unprofessional, cant have online orders done on time, and pure soggy sandwiches. Gross! Go down the street to cali baguette!

Is an amazing worker! Every time I come in to grab a bite to eat. He always greets me, takes his time, very patient even when it is busy. He does a fine job in making sure he addresses every customer. During such a crisis, and what our world looks like today. I am pleased to see Michael doing such a good job. Ensuring his customers are well taken care of, and that the store looks clean and fresh for the next guest!

The lady who was working was absolutely rude. So what I like my avocados warm. Keep your comments to yourself and do your job. Also instead of complaining about getting garlic oil on your new white shirt, wear the standard apron that is provided. Will not be coming back to this subway.
