10 2 thin slices of ham?
The employee literally laid down 2 thin slices of ham for a 6” ham and cheese. I asked if that’s all the meat that it comes with and she said yes. I know it comes with more but how can I prove it? I tell her to add more meat and charge me for the “extra” meat. She adds TWO more slices of thin ham. I add my toppings then ask for mayo / mustard. There’s no Mayo in the Mayo squeeze bottle. She bangs it on the counter to try to get some out and gets one miserable dime sized squirt out. Looks at me and says they don’t have anymore mayo… huh? ! So they are going to go the whole day without Mayo in a sandwich shop? I ask if she can get more and she says she can’t because it has to be prepared. Mind you I haven’t even ordered the second sandwich/wrap. I tell her to cancel the second sandwich- the wrap for the sandwich was just sitting there with nothing on it yet. Non concerned that I was only getting half the order I came in for. Non concerned that this sandwich I am buying only has 4 slices and I’m being charged for “extra” meat. Non concerned about not having mayo for the day. She rings me up and I leave.
WHAT KIND OF CLIENT EXPERIENCE IS THAT!?
I was the only customer in there and she was the only employee I saw in there. Looks like people are aware of the bad service here. I am now one of those ex-customers. Not coming here again. MANAGEMENT ISNT MANAGING.
Very clean location, fast service, and great customer service. The location was well air conditioned and spacious. I would definitely come back!
The food taste was standard experience at subway but getting enough toppings was like pulling teeth. Every bench and table was dirty and getting napkins after using the provided ones to clean the table was one per person. The oven fan was almost dead as we could hear its death song loudly for the majority of our meal and they didn't provide the correct number of slices of meat for the sandwich.
Overall bad time no wonder the location was wrong on the map and the lady wearing a manager shirt didn't care.
The fans are blowing dust onto your food as they are covered and we're last cleaned by the installation team. No bathroom for guests to wash your hands before eating and the floor looked as though it was last moped by Woodrow Wilson pre election.
I'd skip this location and go somewhere else anywhere else.
Horrible service spent 30 minutes just to get started almost no items, only 1 worker in the restaurant with almost 10 customers.just go to another subway, the owners must be very greedy
Sooooooo where does it say u get to close just whenever the heck you feel like it?
Not a holiday, both signs say you close at either 9 pm or 10 pm, so people will drive all the way to you thinking you're open, only to find out you decide to close at 7pm?
This place actually is a joke and I agree with the other bad reviews, always bad experience. Who is managing you guys?
Made an order online and went to pick up at the time stated from the app. When i arrived the employee tells me that they cannot make sandwiches because they dont have any gloves available… I ask when they would be getting the gloves and none of them seem to have any idea when that would be. Then I asked to get a refund for my order and they say they cant do anything with that either because their manager isnt present… ok so now i dont have my food or my money back because this place doesnt have gloves? What a joke.
Excellent! Teresa is truly an artist and working by herself handled us quickly along with phone orders. Extremely dexterious.
They are always out of the breads you want. 4 times in a row they dont have sweet onion chicken or meatballs or the philly cheese steak. And last nite couldnt even make me a cold cut trio.this was 8: 45 and they close at 10.they didnt even seem sorry all they had was a bunch of white bread.
I ordered online and I had ordered it to be toasted and to have extra sauce, but was not toasted and cold with barely any sauce.
Great food - that’s with all Subways. But this review is what it is because of David. He helped me with a handful of orders for my family, was very friendly, and we had great conversation (not at all awkward, like most small talk). I’d say he provided superior customer service. 5 stars thanks to him! Great job, David!
