Refuses to honor BOGO footlong coupon even though it says it’s active at their store online AND in the app.

Manager here is a cheap skate won't honor the buy one get one foot long coupon that is active and usable on the subway website. So be wary if you place online orders. You will get charged.keep an eye on your bank statement and make sure the charge gets reversed or don't attempt to use the coupon like I did. Instead go to a different location that will honor the coupon

Grabed my kiddo a sandwich before she went back to school. Very nice employee helped us even delt with my moody teen who broke her arm.

The owner of the franchise is so cheap that they wont let you use coupons, for no apparent reason. Everything tastes the same and its just not worth the $$$ nowadays

I order med a turkey sandwich and there were a few tomato’s in the assortments. I should have known cause it was noon.

I was given rotten petriid smell of rotten tomatoes in my sandwich. My whole car smelled I threw everything up!

I really dislike one speaking over the food.slow!

Worst subway experience ever. I ordered 2 footlong turkey sandwiches and at first the girl was going to give me both white when 1 was supposed to be wheat. She didn't understand English very well and the manager lady had to translate to her to change out 1 of them for wheat after I asked if it was wheat and she said yes, then they don't accept coupons here which I've never had a subway not take them. The bread was hard and crunchy, the white bread tasted sour, and there was hardly any turkey on the sandwich. On top of that they didn't even cut it in half or label them. We threw the white bread sandwich away cause it was sour. Can't use coupons, lousy service, and not fresh bread, and skimpy on toppings. I won't visit this location ever again.

The plus sized lady making the sandwich has a horrible attitude. Anytime you ask her to add something she rolls her eyes as if you are inconvenience to her. Lettuce was all wilted and brown, tomatoes were soggy. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I’m actually surprised they are still open. I will be going to other location. DO NOT GO HERE!

Ordered a foot long steak and cheese and was provided the amount of toppings a 6" gets. Can't hat ahold of a manager or owner. This location 7800 North Sunrise never ceases to disappoint.

The woman taking care of our order was pretty unattentive and really didn't seem to care at all. She had an airpod in and we had to repeat what we wanted several times. She put the wrong cheese on my wife's sandwich. Somehow despite the fact that she did put my sandwich in the toaster my sandwich came out cold and untoasted. When cutting my sandwich in half she just kind of tore it in half messily. Then when wrapping my sandwich she did a terrible job that cause multiple veggies to fall off the sandwich and into the bag. She then roughly shoved the sandwiches into the bag. I probably won't come here again.

Super horrible place. Barely put any meat and the manager still told the employees to take off some of the meat they put. I should of walked away before they finished. Worst subway I been to

I swear this place uses old bred Took a bite into my sandwich and the roof of my mouth got scratched up
This is the second time that this is happened to me I’ll never return of this place again. I wish I could post a video of how stiff this bread is it’s like a rock and bred is falling apart

They made both my sandwiches incorrectly & gave me apple juice instead of apple sauce.

I stopped here on my way back home after my eye doctor appointment and I was in and out so fast, this Subway location seemed very clean and the staff working, which I think may have been the owners, were extremely friendly and so sweet! Sandwich tasty as always! I'll definitely go back to this location when I'm in the area

Food prepared well and customized according to our wishes. There were no plain potato chips that weren't baked.

Horrible service sent my wife to get dinner opens the rappers discovered my subway thrown together backwards, lacking lettuce, soaked with honey mustard definitely unpleasant & will not be returning.

The sandwiches were fine. But the server was pretty stressed by herself. Wondering why this subway can't keep employees always hiring and always a new face when I come in.
