Subway, Chula Vista CA

The two individuals who making sandwiches kept using the cash register with their gloves on & not replacing them, then making sandwiches. The person who made mine had gloves that had sauce from other sandwiches after he used the cash register. Kind of gross.

I asked for tomatoes and they only put 3 on my footlong sandwich. The store was empty, no customers and their ingredients table was a disaster. No vegetables really looked fresh or filled and ready to serve. Very disappointing

This location needs to get it together. The first time I came I was in line for 15 mins before deciding to leave. There was a line of clients and only one team member working.

This second time I came, I walked in at 7: 05 am after they opened at 7 am and was told they were not ready. I was finally helped at 7: 12.

The team member was very kind and helpful once we were helped. The store itself looked very clean and the new marketing looks great. I was close to giving them a 3 but they just barely made a 4. They need coverage.

Horrible service, dirty store, nasty meats, employees are cool. Their sandwich maker carlos deserves a raise for going above and beyond

IT IS 8: 30 AND IT SAYS EVERYWHERE THAT THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 10 PM! IT EVEN SAYS IT ON THE WINDOW AND ONLINE. The employees said that it was closed even though I pointed at the sign and gave no reason as to why they were closed. Do better if you start closing earlier make sure it’s known on the door or website.

Purchase a foot long combo with a fountain drink, we find out the ice machine isn’t working and soda was hot, asked if me and my son could switch the cup for a bottle soda and her sassy answer was “ I can refund your money and you have to purchase the combo again CÁMARAS ARE WATCHINGthat’s why “. You are charging for a service that isn’t working. Allowing us to simply get the cold bottle soda is called SERVICE RECOVERY!

The server here, tall girl with ondish hair, makes the wait if there is a line. Friendly and personable. I keep forgetting to ask her name.

Walked in expecting the new one carb bread that has been heavily advertised, but was told it is frozen. "We can microwave it for you! " Gross.

The lady at the front was super nice so the real problem is that two bites into my food I found an acrylic nail that I crunched into

Worst Subway ever been, the employee preparing the sandwich had no clue of what he wasDOING, The sandwich was soaking oil and vinegar and fell apart when got home, impossible to eat. Never going back to the store at Terra Nova Laxa.

Just left at 5: 20. No Turkey, No steak.
Its dinner. And they had 2 people working and helped 2 people when we came in. Then proceeded to make us wait 17 mintues while they helped 1 customer make 3 easy sandwiches.
And the lead or manager was very rude when we stated. Nevermind thats what we wanted! I was so disappointed. Now I know bad work force is!

Very dirty. All the tables, the counter, floors. No gas in soda machine, only two kinds of cheese. The keep it real refreshing juice are both empty.

The best customer service I’ve ever had. I was missing avocado from my sandwiches and not only did I get refunded for missing avocado but also received 3 delicious cookies. So thank you so much for making my night

Associate Yanil makes the best sandwiches! I’ve gone twice and she was there. I totally recommend this place especially the subway in Chula Vista on E H st just simply the best.

Arrived at this subway location at 7: 57am. I waited and waited past 8am and no one ever opened, lights were out. I had to leave.

Absolutely the slowest Subway I've ever been to. After waiting 25 minutes for three Subway sandwiches to be made I finally just walked out. Save your time go to another Subway that will make your sandwich before you start to death.

One out of three sandwiches made correctly, and no one will answer the phone to issue a partial refund.

ANSWER TGE PHONE OR DON'T LIST IT on your site. When it will only ring once and nothing else thete is an ISSUE.

I know sometimes you guys are busy but atleast try to recognize customers that comes in and not just look you when they come in.i was standing and waiting for almost 5 minutes and end up leaving.
