Subway, Sacramento CA

I ordered and at the register presented a coupon. I have never been treated worse anywhere else just trying to use a coupon. The manager told me aggressively that they don’t take coupons and the associates literally laughed in my face. This place is a disgrace, incredibly rude. I’m just a college student trying to save some money and how was I supposed to know they didn’t take a coupon that says accepted at all subways. Incredibly unprofessional and cruel people work here, really pathetic and sad. You’re not better than me because you work at chipotle. Good luck with the rest of your lives, I’m sure this is the pinnacle of success for you all. <3

I would give zero stars if I could.

Today I went to this establishment in the need of a quick lunch and a good sized sandwich. As a student who also works at Sac State, I expected for some good service at this store. I however, was displeased that find the the store is a disgusting display of professionalism I have ever seen, and the place is an utter mess. The manager was bossy and rude to customers and her fellow employees. The workplace was a mess with old food on the counters and random sandwich's behind microwaves? The manager spend most of her time yelling at her employees then assisting customers and making the place welcoming. It toke ten minutes to make my sandwich as it was passed to four different people who didn't know how to make a number 12.

This establishment is a disorganized mess that needs to be checked over ASAP. As a fellow employee at this university, I fear the health violations at this subway store.

For a sandwich costing so much, the place is not good at all.

This place literally has RATS and the manager won’t do anything about it.
