Customer service to slow, long lines, and manager didn't get up n help to reduce line longer. To slow. Food on but not worth the price when they run out of daily special. They should have next day special to make up for it
Their sandwiches with pretty sparse not too many veggies on it it seems like they are skimping on even lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered via the app
I just drove up to this location. It's 6: 57. One of the girls working here ran to the door and locked it. I won't be back.
Ordered thru the app a 6 inch pepperoni only toasted sandwich, was walking in when the lady (black hair Hispanic) was making my sandwich. I noticed her adding American cheese to it I let her know I didn't order it with cheese, instead of rechecking the ticket she told me right away that's how I had ordered it and thru the sandwich away. She was definitely mad for some reason.it was a simple mistake from her end and got mad at me I guess for letting her know. Lady needs to practice basic customer service because that is not it!
