11This Subway location is a great place to grab a quick sandwich or bowl of soup for a decent price. Fast service and short waits most of the time. Some of the sandwich makers could definitely be a bit more friendly and courteous which is what prevents a 5 star review. Would recommend a stop here for a quick lunch to go or a dine in with friends.
Ordered a Sweet Steak Onion Teriyaki Sandwich and when I got it home and opened it it was chicken instead horrible customer service
Ordered my sandwich online for pick up and when I got to the shop my sandwich was ready. It was made perfectly the way I had ordered. At other shops they forget to add the avocado when I order it but I was relieved to see it was in my sandwich at lunch time.
Terrible customer service by the MANAGER not the employees. The manager was super rude and hung up on me when I had an issue with my delivery order from here. Wish I could choose which store to order from with delivery because I would definitely get my food from the subway that is a little further away (Subway on March lane is much better!)
We have gone there 3 times and it was closed one time 7: 30pm, 8pm and 8: 15pm. It says they close at 9pm. No other hours are posted. They should at least post hours.
I order though Subway app. My order is always ready when I pickup. Order is always accurate
Employees were very polite and helpful. Only get a 3 star, I should have asked for extra sauce for more tasty
They do not change there gloves after touching money or different sandwiches. Literally Went from touching money to touching pork to trying to make my sandwich. Never again very unsanitary!
Annette is so rude. The gentleman who helped me was super awesome and nice. So I tipped him 5 dollars and made sure she knew it was for just him. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look. She doesn't deserve a tip. That's why I didnt want him sharing it with the tip jar and wanted her to absolutely know that.
This place has no concept of customer service. They were out of roast beef for my club, so I said Turkey was fine. Then I see on the receipt that they charged me for "extra turkey". Asked about it and she refused to correct it. Replacement of something you're out of is not EXTRA. I hope that extra couple bucks was worth losing a dedicated customer.
I like subway and this location its the only subway I go. Why? Because they always make my sandwiches good. But in particular this one worker named Timothy. I always try to go when he's working because hes straight up the best subway worker out there. Hands down he has the best costumer service. Hes the worker of the year! What I order is not on the menu, but he knows it by heart and doesnt hesitate to make it. My gridfriend and I dont go to any other subway location other than this one and its because he's there. Thank you Timothy! We apreciate you and your hard work!
