Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
7This place doesn’t respect the business hours I been there at 8: 38pm and the restaurant was closed already when they supposed to close at 9pm
I originally did not plan on going to Subway. I had gone to the grocery store to get one of their deli sandwiches, but they did not have a sandwich making station, so I left. I went back to my car and I googled sandwich shop and it brought me to Subway. Subway is not my favorite sandwich shop however, I believe my mind has been persuaded. I walked in and the place was clean. I was greeted immediately by a friendly worker. He gave me my time to look over the menu and did not rush me. I had a build your own roast beef sandwich. He built it exactly the way I asked. I got a large soda and chips also with a combo meal. I went to eat it and when I opened up the package I was amazed of how big my sandwich is and how delicious it tastes. Subway has really stepped up their game and the quality is much better than from when I remember it. Good job Subway! I will definitely be back.
Hardly any room to stand in front of the counter and no way for anyone to pass by to.the restroom without invading personal space. Attendants we're friendly and the spicy Italian sub was ok.
I ordered a veggie patty 6" without completing mine she started with another customer who was ordering for a tuna sandwich then in between she again started with my sandwich without even taking care of changing her gloves in order to keep clean and hygienic measure intact. I had to ask her 2 times to change the gloves and work on my sandwich.
I mean we choose subway due to good high standards of hygiene but it disappointed me to see how this particular location take care of their customers health and interest.
Overall not satisfied with the staff proficiency.
My sandwich was good but the worker was incredibly rude. They had spelling mistake on one of the flyers and I tried to correct them and the worker was so rude about it and completely ignored me. Then I asked for a little bit of mayo but I have been here before and she usually over does it so I said it one more time and she replied something so horrible I do not recommend coming here unless this horrible women is fired.
Very clean, very fast service. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes!
I tend to ignore people's reviews when they complain about service, but jeez louise, a jar of cheese. Read on.
Look, I'm not here to hate on eating fresh. I eat so fresh that I don't even dine at Subway very often. But on this occasion, I had a $5.99 coupon for a footlong. ANY footlong. The coupon had it in all caps. Any footlong!
So I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and the little buckaroo at the counter starts making it. Slaps on some chicken, some cheese, whatever vegetables I decided on, and then I ask: isn't it supposed to come with bacon? And he goes uhhhhhh? That's a little extra money. So I say it's part of the sandwich, so it shouldn't be. He nods and makes the bacon.
At the register, he gets confused immediately and summons his slightly older coworker. She punches in numbers and then takes my coupon. Comes to $8-something. I ask why. She said bacon costs extra. I don't understand how bacon was $2 but I calmly told her that didn't make sense and that the chicken and bacon ranch fell under the umbrella of ANY SANDWICH, but she wasn't having it.
I'm not coming back here. I like the location west of La Brea on Wilshire better anyway.
