Subway, Fresno CA

There were very stingy with the meat. They loaded the sandwich with lots of veggies. My family thought I was getting veggie sandwiches. They also burnt the bread and it was hard by the time I got the sandwich home. Never go back to this place again. What a waste of $65 for dinner. The girl's English was not too good, so we couldn't get ours order right either. So frustrating. It makes me hate Subway now!

I was ordering sandwiches for a birthday party on the app and one of them wouldn't go through. The app says to call the store with questions. I called 4 times and let it ring with no answer. When I got to the store to pick up my sandwiches and talk to them the young man said that their manager told him they couldn't answer the phone unless it was him calling them. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard a business say. Especially when the app itself tells you to call the store. After all that, still the sandwiches were wrong and the bowl that I wanted he didn't even know what went in it. Disappointing

Not sure if it's because I ordered on the app or used a coupon but got the smallest sandwich I've ever gotten at a Subway. Paid for deluxe and felt like I got a child's portion. Called them thinking it was a mistake but they confirmed it was supposed to be a deluxe. Even the toppings were skimped. 9 leaves of spinach and a few olives is not extra (more). Will not be returning to this location.

They want you yo leave fast. I paid 11 dallors for sandwich only no chips or soda. Pushy. By strong and rude if you must go not like me. They must have special like all other subway

The turkey didn't taste bad like it does at some of the places. Veggies tasted fresh too.

Worst customer service in this location and others around Fresno/clovis area. I don’t know why people get so rude when all we want is just to buy food. I came to this location about 30 minutes ago, today (9/10/21) and the girl that was attending me started to have an attitude after she made my first sandwich and I asked her for a salad as well. I don’t mind people talking in another language, heck I’m Mexican but it was very obvious she was talking about me to her coworker. I don’t know why people decide to work in places like this if they can’t even do their job without having an attitude!

Went in to get a sandwich girl was rude with attitude told me to take mask off worst subway in clovis/fresno I ever been to don't go here unless u want attitude from employees

Subway is way better than any other fast food place out there! It's great food is great and employees aren't too bad usually either

Clean location that now is a full participating Subway Rewards store. The male store manager is polite. I always order in the app and this location has yet to make a mistake on my customization. Good attention to detail here.

The customer service is always horrible here. They overcharge for the meal of the day and hope you catch it on your own. Not happy and not going back.

Before it was better when other workers were there, now with the lady who attends first thing in the day she gives very bad service, she is always bad. Today 07/12/2020 she didn't want to sell me a chopped salad just to save the time to chop it up. I'll change the restaurant, this is the adress no good
