Subway, Fresno CA

My wife went in today to get some sandwiches for dinner, and she was greeted with the manager sitting on the counter by the cash register land awful customer service. We will not be returning to this store any longer.

Horrible customer service employee threw away trash and didn’t wash there hands the fountain drink don’t work restrooms are always out of service they don’t have change or cash so u can only pay with card very unprofessional I’m sorry but makes subway a bad name waste of money I threw away my sandwich

I was here in August and their drink machine didn't work then. I returned in October, and their drink machine STILL doesn't work. Associate said, "Oh yea, it hasn't worked in a long time. Get a drink from the refrigerator.

Refrigerator doesn't have soda, only blank spots where soda used to go.

I don't think I'll return.

This is place has the worst customer service. The employees are not professionals. I been there twice and the first time they over charge me. I bought a 6 inch sun and they charge me for a footlong. When I told them about their mistake they gave me less money back. The second time I ask them if I could use the their public restroom and they told me no after I had already bought a sandwich. I will never go back and encourage other people not to there. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Bought 3 sandwiches found hair in the cheese before she made the sandwiches.lady removed the hair but left the cheese my sandwich had hardly any meat on it. I put chips on the counter to buy with the sandwiches lady didn't charge me then opted to have a fit because SHE didn't charge me! Worst place ever.be nice if they had employees in there we can understand.the stickers they put on the glass makes it where you can't see what they are doing

Been wanting to check out the new menu and how you can just get the sandwich you want by number. What a joke. They don't even know their own menus. Had to tell them to just make it the way it is advertised. Came out to 14.72 and gave her 14.75 and she gives me this look as if I just passed her phony money. I say what is the problem. I showed her how much I gave her and explained to her how much she was supposed to give me back. She then just stood there like she had no idea what i was talking about. I just grabbed the sandwich and left. Stupid. Never going back to this location.

Bread was stale. Had onions in my sandwhich cause they had some in lettuce didn't realize till after I got home. Lady wouldn't take my coupon of by one get one free footlong. Will not go to again.

Horrible service girl at the counter purposely added a lot of sauce to my sandwich when I asked for a little bit then said she was vegetarian and looked at me gross when I was deciding for a sandwich. Kept laughing at me while I ordered my sandwich.

Employees are pretty cool and nice the place is pretty clean and it's relatively easy to get in and out

The women who worked tonight was so sweet. After I got rejected at the subway on Belmont and Fulton at 8: 25 I ran to this one on McKinley and palm. The employee which I didn’t catch her name started with a “m” was able to make the one sandwich I needed. She has no clue how much she helped tonight.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good sub sandwich.employee was fast well mannered and made sure food was made exactly how I ordered it.

Ordered a foot long meatball on white american cheese. Bread is old. No flavor at all on the meatballs or sauce unless you think old tasting is flavor. No chips to choose from except the rejects. Avoid this place i eat subway by my work 2 or 3 times a week same meal and never had an issue. Live 2 blocks from this subway never been there. 1st time and last time

Wish I had read the reviews first, this Subway is not clean nor neat. They are very sloppy and the veggies don’t look very nice. It looks like they just got a remodel but they don’t clean very well so you can see dust, smudges and it even smells a little weird. Wish the owners would read the reviews. I’m never coming here again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Worst sandwich ever! Ordered a roast beef.one thin slice of roast beef was all the meat that was put in there, the rest was all lettuce and veggies. I should have just made the drive to Sam's Deli. Never again!

Nice people but, absolutely the most disgusting sandwich. I ordered several items online and immediately called to change one of the tuna sandwiches to a meatball sandwich. They scraped MOST of the contents off of the bread and added meatballs and cheese. A meatball sandwich with bits of tuna, tomato and wax peppers is pretty darn DISGUSTING!

1 foot-long turkey, standard, 1 foot-long cold-cut-combo, deluxe, 2 bottled sodas, $27, not offered a receipt, not given a receipt. The shop was warm, like 80°F, and all the fixings looked slimy. The girl asked what I liked, and I told her that I liked tomatoes, and specifically that I like the center slices and to avoid the green tops. She proceeded to only put 3 pieced of tomato on each sandwich (foot-longs!) at ultra slow speed. Each piece of tomato was a top and green. I had to ask for more/extra, and repeated that I prefer the center pieces, and I was super polite throughout. She slowly and seemingly annoyed, put another single piece of tomato on each sandwich. Skimpy with all the rest of the fixings, I requested extra mayo, and standard mustard, she gave me light mayo and extra mustard, then cut and began to wrap the sandwiches without dressing them with oil and vinegar or offering. I had to stop her and request s, p, o, v. I was still certainly polite, wasn't offered drinks or chips or cookies, and had to ask for bottles of soda. AVOID THIS PLACE!

OMG, the bread was completely stale! 30$!? NEVER AGAIN.

Definitely overcharged for the 3rd-grade-left out in the sun until eating time-boxed-lunch-excuse for a food to eat. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been burned. 30$ stolen from me. Contacted Subway regarding the issues, no customer retention activities even offered. NEVER AGAIN.

I will never stop here again. Staff with bad attitude, veggies stale cheese looked old and was discolored. Sandwich was just thrown together never again and i wwill spread the word
