Subway, Red Bluff CA

I'm a senior citizen and was terribly surprised that this Subway will not accept cash. Who does that? It is a new.trend apparently. I'm not too sure if that's a good thing. Guess I prefer the old ways. This new stuf. Is unbelievable.

Worst experience i’ve ever had at a Subway. Honestly this subway sucks and the customer service is terrible every time. It is so slow and I was in there for so long because they messed up multiple orders. They overcharge and it is not clean at all. Do not go to this subway ever.

The lobby was very clean the first time I went but the lettuce was slimey and brownish. So I had to take my wife to get food someplace else. Second time we went they closed early by 20 minutes and ignored us.

First time coming here and we won't be back. It's Sunday lunch time and they only have one person working. I get she was completely overwhelmed but I don't think customers deserve attitudes especially when we patiently waited. We didn't get a friendly welcome and got attitude the whole time. You'd think during lunch rush and dinner rush you would have more than one person working.

DONT GO TO ANY SUBWAY IN RED BLUFF.disgusting and below competent employees. They always have excuses as to why they can't serve you. Middle of the day no customers they'll say they are only doing online. Lmfao perfect example of how lazy these workers are.

Worst subway yet one person makin sandwiches cost twenty dollars for one sandwich wont take cash and music too loud cant hear employee talk

Fun fact you can get two full breakfast meals at Shari's for less then two subs without drinks or chips.

Simple fix! Train your employees, they need to actually pay attention to what customer is asking for.

After marking my sandwich, the so called heated meat was cold.

Clean restaurant. It's extremely busy. At the time of reviewing all other Subway restaurants in Red Bluff are closed. It has been a while since I have been to a Subway, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Better than I remember. I've never had to pay first and then have my sandwich made. Disorienting to say the least. No one else knew what to do either. Avocado is extra, tell them if you want it at the register.or else.

They have reverse the sandwich line, you now pay first then find out they have only one bread, or are missing ingredients to make the sandwich! Then they light load the sandwich.

Went to this place the other day just to find out they were out of their usual meats. Instead of turkey breast they had turkey balona. You've got to be kidding, and they were pretty much out of all their meat only had disgusting substitutes. So don't waist your time going there. Oh you have to pay first thats because people don't want to pay after they see the sandwich.

Be prepared to be charged extra and a rude I mean very rude cashier.
She said I can't honor prices shown on the menu, take it or leave. WOW

One of the worst cashier have ever seen my life.

Online order- No roast beef on my subway club and they didn't call to ask if i wanted a substitute like they have in the past.can't get ahold of anyone no one answers the phone and the voice-mail is always full.

Owner doesn't care about customers or he wouldn't have one person work during lunch every day. My 1st and last time coming here.

Used to be one of the best but now it's terrible. Pretty sure the Rotisserie chicken meat was long past expiration when we came. Person working told me she had no ripe Avocado when I saw one sitting there WITH BROWN SPOTS so maybe it was too ripe? To top it all of she wouldn't accept my coupon.

Depends on who is making your sandwich, but if you get a good sandwich maker then they will make it exactly how you want it and you will be satisfied!

Made online order they charged my card showed up it says closes at 8: 00pm 7: 25pm door locked next day went there supposed to be open excuse staffing issues not hard to shut off online ordering waste of my gas and time had to pick up something else for family really freaking mad

Subway is absolutely great we love their turkey sandwiches or I do, my wife loves the teriyaki sweet onion chicken sandwich the portions are nice the food is good. However they don't compare to Jersey Mike's.
