7The employee rolled his eyes when I asked for more of something on my sandwich, he took out a gold marker and marked both my $5 bills claiming them to be fake and refused them as a form of payment for the sandwich. I also came in a bit before 9pm (which is closing) and he kicked me out of the restaurant at 9 when I only had a few bites left, not to mentioned he sat there cross armed starring at me the entire time I ate. He mentioned he didn't have to wait for me to finish to close and that I needed to leave. Dude honestly hurts this subway location.
This afternoon I went to this location subway to get a burger, there was a young boy working for subway, he was so rude and no polite and unprofessional. He was aggressive person. Also I noticed that the workers didn’t wash their cleanly after cleaning restroom.
That was my bad experience in this subway.
I was scolded for:
1. Asking for Italian bread - "We don't have that! "
2. Asking for chicken breast - "We haven't had that for a month and a half! "
3. Trying to sit down and eat after paying - "Woah! What are you doing? We're closed! "
I thought this is subway chain, but they don’t take their offers. Which is strange.
Don't go here if you plan on using a coupon, this Subway doesn't honor coupons. The one by UCSF Hospital does if you plan on using one.
Typically a very short to no wait and friendly staff. Thanks for your help guys!
