Subway, Roseville CA

Super fresh, great service. Everytime I'm in Roseville will be visiting. Nini is awesome!

This evening around 4: 45 PM. I stopped at this place to get 2 foot-long subway sandwich this to girls there was really mad for some reason? They serve me so bad & the way they're doing my food was so disgusting.they don't even talk to me No HI. No Bye? The sandwich was horrible the way they do it. I don't know what's going on.
The worst place ever
I never seen on my life kind of the serving. It was horrible. However. I throw my sandwich on the garbage. That's Not Ok i'm spending my money. I should get a good service. Really disappointing please. I will never ever go to this place?

Below par service. No cheese, when ordered, they went looking for it and said there wasn’t any, no napkins, not properly packaged. There was one guy who made a big deal to not take the jalapeños out when he added a lot, inturn added more oil to retaliate and kept asking if I needed anything more when trying to make a sandwich. Either the owner doesn’t care about customer service or he isn’t paying much to keep these workers happy. I’m talking to corporate. Other subways are way better in Roseville.

One of staff, she ignored me intentionally because I had coupons with me. She said she know nothing about coupons policy. Pass over me to next customer and let me wait till another staff come to help. I wonder why she work there without training and her attitude really bad.
Not recommended to go this location.

Pimply faced high schoolers working here with an attitude making a big deal about adding lettuce (which has turned pink already lol). Gotta love it.

I would rate this place ZERO! Worst service you could expect, they are not good at making Subs also. Would avoid this Subway outlet in future. Also the lady working there is too rude.

Haven't had a bad experience. Sandwiches are always good. The staff is pleasant enough. This place never seems busy. Quick and easy.

They are careless and close when they feel like it. I came to this Subway literally hours before they were supposed to close. I come up to the door and the 2 women working there today were closing the doors, without saying why. They were careless about it, and no explanation was left on the door for customers. Go to a different Subway, they might not be open when they're supposed to be.

I went there to get a chopped salad and the guy and girl there they said subway stopped doing chopped salad which is non sense coz i went to many subways and called many of them they said they do make it

I just wanted to give a shout out to this Subway! My husband and I have tried different Subways in the area because as everyone knows there are a lot of them. At this location all of the employees are so very kind! I love there customer service and with that said the sandwiches are always delicious! I love the spicy Italian with pepper jack cheese. All of the produce is fresh! My husband picks the meatball sandwich everytime and a chicken wrap, they are always perfect! We love getting the footlong so we have extra for later! Nothing better then this Subway shop on a hot day because nobody wants to cook!

This is usually a great spot but I placed a phone order for pickup for two different kinds of sandwiches. They gave me the wrong sandwich for one of them. I called them immediately and told them. The lady I spoke with said to come back in whenever I have time and they will make the sandwich free of charge. I informed her I wasn’t given a receipt and she said it’s fine don’t worry about it. Two weeks later I called and advised them of the order and for the sandwich to be free of charge. The employee said that’s fine and to come in to pick it up. After I drove there, the employee gave me an excuse that the manager won’t allow her to make a sandwich free of charge without a receipt. I told her that I placed a phone call before driving there and she was aware of the situation. She said there’s nothing she can do. I asked to speak to the manager but he was conveniently not there. Do not go to this location. There are plenty of much better customer service oriented subway locations in the area. Shame on them they just lost a long time customer.

Good sandwich, nice staff. Don't partake in Specials such as $5.00 footlong sandwiches

Sandwiches are good unfortunately this establishment does not enforce face covering requirement as mandated by the county and the stage. I walked in and two people with no face coverings on and not prompted by employees to cover their face. Dine here at your own risk.

Horrible customer service by the Indian lady at the counter. I have the app buy one footlong and get second one free. You confirm that the store is participating which I does, mind you I bought one the day prior to today. They tried to charge 19 bucks for two and not honor the special. First she tried to say not at this location but then I showed I bought the day before then she said it has expired which then I showed her the app on my phone indicating special is still active and your store advertises it. So had to argue my refund even though the sandwiches were not made, didn't want to entertain food customer service by honoring the coupon. I will gladly take.my purchases elsewhere.
