Big nono place for me since they don’t take Coupons. No merit in eating subway without coupons

This Subway refused to accept their own coupons that they send me every week in the mail. The coupon was for $5.99 and the sandwich ended up being double the price at $12.54 and I had to foot the bill for this because they were adamant about not accepting their own coupons. No wiggle room on this policy I guess. I do not recommend this Subway, I have never experienced this problem before.

No report on food - went to check them out for National Promotion on new subs - NOT Participating - no sale - store looks nice - good luck

Always seen advertisement in Kdrama and wanted to try it. Love the food, will come again. ️

A super rude old asian female served us with super unprofessional attitude, and extremely uncivilized behaviors.the food quality is low, disgusting place for ordering food.

Worst experience with the employees working over here. Very rude, impolite, unprofessional behavior with customers. I request Subway officials to look into this issue.

I had my worst experience with these impolite, unprofessional and rude employees here. Not even they understand what I am ordering, they respond very rude. They even try to overcharge me for a half size sandwich. The employees working here should learn how to treat people in a more polite and respectful way. It's a shame for Subway. Not recommended at all.

Latley learned that their Pastrami sandwich is good. Never had it before, bit from now on I am going to.

Do not waste your time and money with these impolite rude employees working here. They can not even understand and speak english properly. Worst experience ever.

The owner is so nice and so kind! Honestly love this subway because it’s right outside my house and I just love subway in general because of how fresh and nice it is. They always have everything and it’s delicious while also having such a friendly owner! Definitely recommend this place above other subways.

There's an elder Asian lady who is never polite, acts unprofessional when servicing us and is borderline rude. It is not worth it to come here, we'll be looking for another Subway, one that welcomes us.

Subway is subway. What can I say. Other than when you get the lettuce from the bottom of the bucket.

The lady at counter was very rude and not friendly to anyone pay with gift card or coupon. They will yell at you in Korean thinking we don’t understand what they say. (Unfortunately, I do!)
They literally trash my order when they saw I tried to pay with coupon. I will never go to this store again!
Subway should have better employee training!
