Came through the drive through 7/12 2023 at 12: 20 pm and the taking the order was extremely rude and short. Horrible person #loser

Best subway service I've ever had specially at night at 3 am didn't get the guys name but he deserve a raise thanks again

This location advertises as drive through accessible, went to drive through was told by staff they are to short staffed to support the Drive through which is unacceptable and frustrating when you are on a 30 min break. And it’s one of the few places open near Plamdale regional hospital after 9 pm!

This place is very convenient especially with the drive thru they have available at this location. Foods always on point and fresh, thankyou guys

Constant customer here ;Went in and a short heavy set worker melisa had a very rude unprofessional attitude her looks and attitude clearly show she hates her job and the manner in which she handled the situation I also observed another worker telling her to do something and instead she told them no and what she was going to do instead. Not sure how in need subway is in need of workers but the way she handled my situation I could not believe very disappointed in this kind of behavior from a place I constantly like to dine in.

Best Subway hands down! Kasey and Melissa helped me and made sure to ask and make sure my order was right. I will be coming back here for now on. Also one of the workers from another day named Ralph made sure to help me with my order when they were busy. Great environment all around!

It’s 4: 15 am which is a weird time to attempt to get subway however it’s the only place open this early and the sandwich is for later since I’ll be at work for 16 hours. I pull in and the lady working asks me if I’ll be willing to wait 30-45 minutes for her system to reset.

What fast food system takes 45mins to reset? Who would be willing to wait 45 mins for a subway sandwich? Why say you’re 24 hours if everyday your system takes an hour to reset? If I can get 1 of these questions answered I’ll change my rating

Tonight's dinner choice was the perfect decision, the bread was so soft and absolutely delicious making the sandwich even better.

I placed an order in the drive-through, waited approximately 10 minutes, then pulled out of the drive-through because of the long wait. I walk inside the restaurant to pay, and waited about five minutes, and not one single employee greeted me. There was five employees working. I understand you guys are busy, I understand you guys have business to handle, but you could at least acknowledge a customer when they are waiting in front of your face. With that being said I will not be going back to this restaurant

Very rude Manager, slow staff.nasty service putting there arm over my sandwich. Told manager an she totally disregards.

It took me 20 min to pick up an order made online, I love subway but I hate that they make you wait so much

Best subway in the valley hands down. Their veggies seem fresher bread seems more fresh and customer service was great. We got 6 sandwiches and everyone was made perfect.

The service is usually on point great customerservice:) however the drive thru takes way too long! This is constant I come here often, but the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous! GET MORE STAFF because Noone should wait this long for subs!

I call this excellent place from time to time since I love the special atmosphere that is unique to this place. The crew is highly attentive and skilfull. The service is pretty rapid. Also, the food you eat is magnificent. I have been there more than once and I was always delighted. The price is reasobable. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

This is this location’s version of double meat. Ordered on the app and paid for double meat.being you don’t watch them make it, you don’t realize it until you are home. I love Subway, but this has happened to me several times at this location.leading me to believe it’s not a mistake, but from direction coming from ownership. Find another location.

There was a pepper stem in my sandwich, when I called and told them about it, there where like will tell our employees to try and be carefully we cutting up stuff, other then finding that in the sandwich it was ok
