13 I wanted an Italian BMT, but to remove the pepperoni and replace with salami. The sandwich already comes with salami, but they refused to do that.
Here's the problem with that:
I am not asking for extra meat, I'm asking for replacement of one of the three meats on the sandwich with one of the other meats. You're not losing out on profit by doing this. You're trying to charge me the same $ for a sandwich with less product in it.
On top of that, the guy taking my order was barely audible, and wasn't listening to me.
I've gone to Subway at many locations over the years and done this exact sandwich. You wanna be obtuse, fine. You lost a customer. I went to the Subway on Peabody, and they made it for me with no fuss.
Your loss, their gain. Go to the Peabody one, they'll take care of you. Don't waste your time or money on this one.
I ordered a 6 inch monster and got a couple pieces of meat and mostly bread.
This isn't the first time that they've given me a Sandwich with almost no meat in it. Please don't go to this place so that they're forced to sell it.
It's really zero stars. I'm like literally upset. I ordered a Italian bmt online. I wanted extra black olives and banana peppers and all I've see was like 6 or less on there!? I go inside and tell them I asked for extra and for them to tell me they did is a slap in the face! 6 or less black olives and banana peppers is NOT EXTRA! I'm an Amazon driver I come on my lunch break a times. I will definitely not come back to this location at all after this! I wish i had tooken a picture but i went right into the store when i noticed this. Check your sandwiches cause if you ask for extra their definition of extra is literally like 6 or less slices.
We stopped at this Subway on Sunday on our way to Lake Berryessa on 08/23/23.
It took the guy over 20 minutes to make three sandwiches, seemed like he was annoyed and forced to be there. He literally put three slices of Turkey breast in the sandwich, I will never go back to this specific location. Bad customer service, Gurpreet or Jagdeep thought he was working at 7-11 and not Subway.
The owner of this Subway is rude and a pitifull excuse for an owner/manager. I ordered an order it said on app being prepared went in, they charged me for it and claimed she did not receive it, I had to pick up a different order which was obviously received but instead of contacting me to let me know she was out of items she wrote no spinach no cucumbers etc on the outside of the bag. Being a Sales Manager myself the customer is always right. Someone should teach her this. She should have seen the order on my phone and just made it instead of arguing with me. I would not refer anyone to this shthose, she needs to learn manners as well hanging up on someone on the phone when they are trying to tell her to cancel their order is unprofessional. I will be taking this up with subway.
This place was not the stop to make! After driving 6 hours. Pulled off for food. First the bathroom was out of service. There was only one rude lady working. And it seems like she was saving the lettuce and condiments to herself. Would not recommend!
Lady, possibly owner, was INCREDIBLY rude. She withheld the bathroom key from me. I shared a sandwich with a coworker and said that the restrooms were for customers only
By far the worst owner I have ever encountered. After having my niece pick up our order that I placed online I open my sandwich to see my 12 dollar sandwich is made wrong. I tried to call and the woman who answered the phone told me she just got in and doesn't have my order. I then asked her to please grab it so we can go through this together. Her tone a rude comments made it very clear that I am wasting her time and she really doesn't care. Once she has my order she then blames me and said the employee made it however I wrote it down (I used their online website) she then proceeds with telling me the employee is new but she remembers she made is correct. I have a crying 3 month old who's sick so I am unable to drive there and correct it. All I expected was accountability and got the exact opposite. When I asked for a manager she told me she is the owner and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back she temporarily blocked the line but when I got through again she told me she doesn't have time to argue. I was screamed at, blamed for their mistake and never even got an apology for getting the wrong order. If this is the customer service you prefer than head over to Subway on Alamo. The owner has some massive learning to do with her communication skills.
Ate here on Thursday 3/23 and Friday morning at 130am woke up with food poisoning. Stay clear of this location
Staff was rude. Our second time visiting. The first time the sandwiches were skimpy. We decided to give it another try, however the staff was rude and it was disappointing yet again. We will not be returning and taking our business else where.
Amazing customer service, the manger is lovely and cool, packed my footlong some extra love! Definitely recommend!

Do NOT waste your time or money in this trash pit, go to another Subway
The 2 philly cheesesteaks did not have 2x the cheese as advertised, bare minimum on every ingrediant, look how wimpy this "Philly Cheesesteak" looks in picture I posted
They will not answer the phone, not busy at all, rude customer service

There’s this one Indian lady who is so rude and mean to me every time I go. There are so many other subways to go to I think why would anyone go to this location
