Subway, Vacaville CA

I asked for extra onion and was told we can’t do that. I said that I’d pay extra then again was told I can’t do that… What in the world!

I ordered a simple sandwich order spicy Italian it was made correctly but with some of the oldest salami I've ever seen in a sandwich at Subway it was discolored and smelled off tasted it definitely over it's expiration time or left out too long. The meat was greyish not its normal color and for some reason they were sliced 4 times as thick. Very disappointing I ordered through GrubHub they would not give me a refund for this disgusting sandwich. Not using GrubHub ever again.avoid this place if you like Subway just choose another spot.

Sent my daughter in before ballet like I usually do. She had a coupon for buy a foot long and a drink and get one free. She even told the lady beforehand this is the coupon I have she said okay. She built the two sandwiches she wanted and when it came time to pay they told her she couldn’t use it because one of the sandwiches was just like one of the numbers they have. I had to go in and ask them why they couldn’t accept the coupon and they said it matched a numbered sandwich and they couldn’t honor it. I explained they should have told her that from the start they knew what coupon she had. My husband and I are both business owners and just couldn’t believe they would scam a little girl. Don’t come here there are plenty of other subways that won’t try and get one over on a kid.

I go here pretty often. I will not be going to this location anymore though, the woman that works during midday is awful, customer service is not even existent. When I say onions, she is puts 4 slivers on a foot long. I ask for more she adds 2 more. Same with every other ingredient, I'm paying 15 $ for one sandwich so when I ask for sauce on the side and she fills the little cup less then 1/4 full I'm gonna be pretty annoyed. I say hey can I get a little more she puts the smallest squirt in. Jesus if subway is so miserable you can't even smile or say hey what can I get you, instead you just stare at me awkwardly, you can't even be bothered to put napkins in the bag then go work somewhere else what is wrong with that women!? The dude with the mask is great he deserves a raise.

I came in 40 minutes before closing. I was so pleasantly surprised! Everything looked so fresh and delicious. The guy working was so nice. The food was excellent. I'll be going back more often. My parents owned restaurants all my life. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and freshness at such a late hour.
