Subway, Visalia CA

I’ve visited this place three times and each time they got our order wrong, they sure do like to offer to remake their mistake but I drive 22 minutes to use their drive through. When I call and tell them they asked for the sandwich back to investigate, and even offered to check their cameras to see if it was made right, upon which I asked does the camera show how hard and stale the bread is? It was as hard as a rock, come on guys! Three consecutive times my order was not only wrong it was missing items! Enough is enough. Someone with the district position needs to do their job and visit their establishment and correct these on going issues, because for me this is strike three… how many poor reviews do you need to fix your store? You have my number I look forward to hearing from your district manager let’s see how this pans out… too many mistakes not enough care.

Before work I purchased a subway sandwich. It’s my lunch hour I open it and it’s not as it should be - no cheese on a monster steak sandwich. Barely meat, dry. I call they say return it. I say it’s my lunch hour I can’t. Their policy is return it, mine is I can’t. So I ask you should I not eat lunch and save it return it tomorrow to have it remade. No understanding of competition to avoid a review

The lady with the cat pins on her hat is soso nice and friendly. She makes you feel welcomed and was very patient with me and my boyfriend who were a little indecisive.
The food is average subway food I don’t expect better or worse lol it’s the same ingredients, the sodas are huge so get a size smaller than you actually want because their large is basically a big gulp from the gas station XD
It’s always clean when I go in and I go early mornings so It’s never been busy I’ve always been the only person or just one or two other people when I go in so I like the chill atmosphere

Great place nearby it's a subway but the people work hard and the place is clean and pretty fast.

This is my neighborhood Subway and only one with Drive thru options in the area. Great place for quick grubs.

I got exactly what I ordered. Service was great but my sandwich didn’t taste as yummy as usual

Sandwiches are good, but service is extremely inconsistent. I went on 6/14/23 and the workers were screaming and laughing inside the store, although there was a massive line in the drive through. Waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches. I’m not kidding.

This was horrible. I ordered in drive thru they charged me for the correct sandwiches and I got the wrong ones. I called and the girl would not give me her name and incredibly rude and actually hung up on me! 42.00$ of wrong sandwiches ridiculous! Don't go here

Quick easy, love he drive through.
Foot came out fast and tasty. Especially the cookies
