Would give less than 1 if I could, after 15 minutes for an online order was told we don't have the bread cheese or ham for either of your sandwiches. Never going back

Employees are nice but slow service. Parking lot sucks. Why is it always freezing in all subways? Overpriced not great food. So many better places to eat in area.

To be honest I will never go back there it’s a white girl with glasses and she is rude unfriendly and the worst service you can get she shouldn’t be there it’s bad for companies like subway and she doesn’t care it was her own words.

I like coming to this place but today in particular the person who served me did not give good service. First of all I add cream to one of the subwa's that I ordered when I didn't ask for it 2.the guy was wearing headphones 3. I asked to eat at the place and he only gave me that. Without a plate or a tray. I don't know if the guy was new or if something was wrong.other times they are very attentive to people but not today.even about three people left because he didn't answer quickly.

I recommend placing an online order through the app. The last few times I’ve seen long lines and not enough staff to keep up with the busy lunch rush. I went this morning and they only had 1 employee doing online orders and there were 3 people waiting to order.

Made an online order for BOGO and waited 15 more min from the time it was ready for pickup.waste of time and i feel bad because they are understaffed.

Seems critically understaffed andalways out of key ingredients. Watched a fly land on my sandwich, and when I brought that up, they asked what i wanted them to do as if serving a sandwich that's been a fly's landing pad for the last 30 seconds was an acceptable food?

They offered to make a new one but by that point, i don't know if the fly had also been in the turkey and ham and who knows what else. And the fact that they didn't immediately offer to make a new one without being prompted feels like it's a regular thing to serve sandwiches that have been tainted by pests?

Not even mad at the employees, they're obviously over worked and under trained, and need more hands on deck to maintain the store and clean up on time. I'm air they're doing their best but they need support.

Buyer beware i guess, but I'm going to pass on this location.

This place is the worse you will ever find. Do not go in there.
I placed an online order, just to get there and not only not be ready but telling me I didn’t order, I proceed to show proof of my order and then they wanted me to pay for it again. I showed them again that my food was paid for online and still acted like I needed to pay. Run from this place, from customer service, to cleanliness and safety this place should be condemned. My next complain will be to OASHA for safety violations.

The new menu is good. Lots of healthy options if you are looking for that. Very kid friendly and a helpful staff.

This place is clearly going under. Hardly stocked, and the one employee answered the phone and proceeded to argue with a customer on the phone in front of us.
I wanted to walk out but husband stuck it out, watched another customer leave (he had the right idea). Never going to any Subway again. I'm sticking to firehouse or board and brew.

Had a terrible experience with this older Asian lady. Not sure if I wasn't communicating clear enough in order for her to understand my request. Bad Sub, bad service, bad atmosphere. More than obvious, I will take my business somewhere else.

I was in a hurry for work and the guy took too long to ring up my order. The condition of this place was not the best and didn’t like the hospitality vibe overall. Never coming back again

This is the worst/Dirtiest Subway I have ever been in. When I walked in I can tell the place is filthy and its been like that forever. The girl was helping who I assume is the owner put some boxes away she also grabbed a old rag and numerous dirty things while I waited. She then came and ask what would I like with the same gloves on she was just touching everything with. I told her about the gloves she was nice about it and washed her hands and chenged gloves but I will never go here again. The display bar was discustingly dirty and over frozen and yes the meatballs where all together with the frozen items gross. They also give you paper towels that they have above the sink as napkins. Needless to say I paid for a sandwich I tossed because i couldnt stop thinking of how dirty it was ewwww!
