Best Subway sandwich I have ever had! These kids was super busy and still found time to smile n make a Awesome Delicious sandwich!

My friend and i ate here last night and walked in with the whole place empty.no greeting and we walked straight up to the counter and the two ladies working did not look up at us or acknowledge us at all.we stood there in silence for 8 mins just waiting while they focused on mobiles and everything else.overall, took us 17 mins just to get two sandwiches to go.definitely recommend going somewhere else especially for quality and service.

It's an okay store. The franchise in itself is good. The employees at this one are fine with making the order in front of you, but no matter what delivery app service you use, the order is always wrong. Driver says the package has my name on it which is true and its taped shut.
Pros: come to the store to get what you want.
Cons: change the store to a different location on your phone when using delivery apps.

Normally it's really good. But this time and the last it seems the bread is stale and crumbles. Not pleased won't be going back. Staff are always friendly and store is nice. Bread used to be.

Fairly average subway, online order, sandwich artisan was a bit light handed on toppings including those I requested "more" of online (guess they don't do extra?) Also completely dry when I had ordered mayo.

The workers are bright smiling kind to talk to.when I said lots of lettuce Yippy I got it. I'll be back.

No wheat bread on multiple occasions. Need to fix there oven or just close. 1 time okay but 2 times week apart not a good sign.

Where do I start? Only one person working behind the counter. Out of most things. They have music that has cuss words. Very long wait.

The employees are usually super slow at making the sandwiches. But the subs are very delicious. And it's usually not that busy at this location.

Worst subway ever. Sandwiches untoasted and so skimped on ingredients it's thin, loose and inedible. I'm trying to choke it down but no. I agree the Oak and This stockdale location are terrible. How hard is it to make a simple sandwich? Paid double meat got half the meat. And it was overloaded with sauce to a point it was disgusting. Since not toasted and no meat as a buffer and disgusting amount of sauce the bread was soggy and couldn't keep its shape I'm done. This thin thing I am attempting to eat is supposed to be a The Monster PRO with extra meat.

Subway in Bakersfield is garbage. Both Oak street and this location the sandwiches come out loose and floppy cause they are skimping the meats now. 3x in a row at both locations not just a single one, And they also never make them correct. Today was the last straw for me, they didn't toast it, had barely any meat when i PAID for double, and it was The Monster.and they loaded it with baja sauce which i put No. I couldn't eat my sandwich it was soggy cold and disgusting. There is absolutely no quality control not just at this Subway but the other one on Oak. I'm done with Subway. It's now double the price it used to be, half the portion and no one can do a simple act of making a sandwich properly.

Walk in and young girl Mia helping someone, another person in line with 2 sandwiches. This is lunch time! As I was waiting, the lady ask her u by yourself. She says no! I don't know why the 2nd person wouldn't come out and help. I didn't have anymore time to wait, as I needed to grab lunch and get to work. Upsetting today!

They dont answer the phones and they close up early and refuse service. I've called multiple times on 3 different days and can't get a hold of anyone about my questions.
