I love the sandwich made by them.they do gave good customer service and the atmosphere was so good and pleaseant. I like the place very much

They couldnt take there coupons cash register always not working and out if certain bread always there's some thing always wrong I I was upset they could take there own coupon cuz of register so they made my pay full price which was double the. Price What it would of been.

Worst subway in the town. Employees are good people suoer polite, but understaffed, slow service, wait it extremely long. I drive out of my way just to get a sandwich due to the super long wait.

I am very disappointed at this location. It seems they have a bad tendency to only service people they want or go to the store. They don't serve people of color. If you go to this store beware some employees skip, ignore you or want to service someone else that is not a color person. I order through on line also and they did not deliver my order but they charged my account claiming they deliver my subway order. Now my bank didn't refund my money, because of this Chester subway lied about delivery of good; which is fake and not true but they happily packed my money without giving me a refund of my order. They deny answering my phone calls about this mistake they made. This Includes the owner and manager at this location. I would not order from this location ever again!

Didn't get ANY meat balls in my meat ball sandwich, wasn't the guys fault, he was alone and short staffed

Management needs to manage scheduling better

Stopped in after hitting the gym to grab a protein bowl, the customer service was Amazing, inside of the restaurant was very clean. Food super delicious.

I was last to be served for the day, but was treated like I was the 1st. Timothy was great!

Service is always poor, constantly under staffed and 100% every time I come in after 5PM they never have meatballs for “the boss”. After today, this will be my last visit here. They have 5 hours to close, they shouldn’t be done serving certain things just because they don’t want to prep for it…

This is the closest location to my home. I often will mobile order ahead. I do enjoy rewarding myself with a subway cookie when we go for a walk around the block. I'm so happy that Subway brought back the cucumbers. I always will order a veggie delight. Recently a sandwich artist suggest I try the Delight with a veggie patty toasted. I did give it a try and it was wonderful.

Well let me just say that you can't let ONE sour apple stink up the whole bushel. RIGHT? Maybe she was just having a bad day. My sandwich wasbt made how I asked it to be made even asking again and then question with a "who does that? " Look. That's what I asked twice, just because it wasn't Burger King doesn't mean I can't have my way. Its SUBWAY, MY WAY, YOUR WAY ANYONES WAY BECAUSE ITS SUBWAY! IT WAS STILL DELISH AND STILL ENJOYED MY MAYO AND MUSTARD ON MY BREAD NOT ON MY TOMATOES. I DID IT. I PINCHED MY NOSE AND LET STINK BE STINK AND IT DIDNT RUIN A THING. Need I ask again? I always thought friendly customer service was a priority. What is happening? Ha

I bought the number 4, Supreme Meats 6 inch sub. It was very good.
Pepperoni, Salami, Capicola, Ham, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Banana Peppers and MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette on a toasted roll.
Quite tasty.
Subway has six new sandwiches. This one looked and tasted good.
