Really long wait, I was the only customer and they ignored me. So I placed an order via the app and they still didn’t make it. One lady was making another online order and the Second Lady was wiping the counter aka busy work smh
Definitely will not be returning to this location really disappointed
Also I understood their language they were gossiping

Hard old bread like other customers have stated charged me $3 dollars extra for 4 pieces of bacon and tried to use my subway points they don't know what they are doing the veggies do not look fresh

I walked in at 11: 39 I wasn’t the only customer in the store. The 2 women were in the back stacking boxes. They made eye contact with me TWICE before saying I’ll be with you… I watched two flies land on a piece ham, then 2 minutes later the older lady came out and started on my 6 inch sandwich The younger woman ended up coming over to take over and asked me if the only sandwich there were mine. As she finished my sandwich I told her I also wanted a bottle water and she said “huh? ” I replied a bit louder asking again for a bottle water. She nodded her head sideways and said “ok” my total was 8.32 and as I left I grabbed my bottle water out of the fridge. As I got in my car, she came outside screaming saying I didn’t pay for the water! I told her I bought half a sandwich and my total to wish she replied, and said she didn’t charge me for the water that she had given me a water cup… I told her that I did not want a water cup that I asked her for a bottle water… she threw her hands up, rolled her eyes and said well that’s on you… I walked in and refunded my entire order. The staff here is exceptionally rude and this location should be shut down. This is not the first incident that people have had at this location with the staff being extremely rude… The older employee was apologetic, but the younger girl has absolutely no respect! Disgusting

I don’t know if this place got new owners but this Indian woman tried to give me old hard bread 3 times and my sandwiches are very skimpy meaning she does not put a lot of veggies or meat. The sandwich is pretty flat too. I love getting a mouth full of goodness but I don’t get it here any more. I won’t be going here anymore I’m going to try a different location. She also didn’t let me use a coupon that was not expired. She stated the menu had changed and I couldn’t use it. Then she changed me double and I had to bring it to her attention and she looked annoyed. And I’m not one to get out of character but she was pushing it. The customer always comes first. I’m sorry but you guys need to get rid of this employee so you do t lose business

They given me wrong order, also they didn't want to correct their mistake. They girl work their. She was very rude.

They did not honor Veterans Day and had to wait for someone to come out the back and then they said hold on and went to the back again and also acted as if they did not understand English but quick to say their boss did not tell them about a special for Veterans Day.
