Subway, Jackson CA

I arrived tonight arrived at 8: 46pm and I normally don't go in to shops when they're about to close but I was craving the sandwich I normally get. When I got there it was closed, the open lights was off, door locked. I got confused, I thought Google was wrong for a sec but when I checked the hours on the door it said 9pm was closing too. I ended up just leaving obviously. I'm just really disappointed with whoever closed tonight if you're not gonna be open till the posted time, then adjust the close time accordingly.

I can’t fully review the food - only the inconvenience. The indicate online and on the window that they open at 8: 00 AM. I arrived shortly after after 8 to find the door locked and the lights off. Shortly, an employee arrived and told me they didn’t open until 8: 30 - again in spite of the time on the window. I have no intention of going there again.

Consistent 10+ minutes to make a single sandwich, and that timer starts when you order. Always have the slowest customer service unless you get the owner, but then your veggie portions are tiny. EDIT: They also don't take coupons of any sort. So mail just gets wasted.:)

This place is a sweat shop! No AC in the summer! What kind of ownership runs this place? This can’t be good for the quality of meat laying around at the food prep area.

I don’t like shaming franchises, but I feel it necessary after my experience here. The man working was super rude for no reason. Don’t bother using their app for your order as it seemed to upset him, possibly because he was working solo and wasn’t very fast. He apologized to my friend after he snapped at me and I walked out. I wasn’t in any rush, and know it was really hot inside (no AC).

It was a tough decision for me with all the good Sandwiches, but eventually I decided to order. THE BOSS. If only I lived closer, so that I could walk to Subway as often as I used to back in my former hometown, instead of myself having to ask for rides from others.

Never had a bad experience until tonight. I didn’t know a subway sandwich could be made so poorly. I got home about 20 minutes after ordering and my ENTIRE sandwich was soaking wet to the point the bottom bread fell apart and I just had toppings with half a load of bread on paper. Genuinely did not think a basic chicken bacon ranch was able to be so gross.will NOT go back to this location

The worker serving us was quick but she was very rude with no customer service. Other than that, the food was fine and it was very clean inside so it's not bad.

Overall, subway is still great. Their prices sure have gone up, almost $20 for a footlong combo. Staff very friendly, quick and efficient. Their new menu was new to me, been a long time since I've been to Subway, and I miss some of the old options, but some of the new ones look great too! Portions of meats seem to have gotten smaller as well, and they only had white, wheat and Italian herbs and cheese breads, no more honey wheat or Sourdough, which was by far my favorite.

What can I say except I enjoy a good dub every now and then. And subway was founded on a good sub at a good price with fresh stuff to top it off with. Who could want more?
Well we did! I had not been to any subway in a bit so when I walked in to see new menu items I was blown away, but wait for it. The subs listed sounded great and made my mouth water with anticipation, then the gut punch came! The price! I'm a modest person living on modest means so when I see a sub listed for $18 for a large, I mean what other size does one buy, I could not justify it. So I ordered my usual 2 subs, the meata ball and the spicy Italian for a total of yup, you guessed it $18 and I was eating good in the neighborhood. So stop in a get you one of them new subs and let me know how they are. I will love vicariously through you.
