Great service, especially when ordering thru the app. Going in and getting my items was a breeze.

The customer service was horrible the female who was serving us made a mistake and when we corrected her on it she said we should’ve told her but she didn’t listen when we did, please consider hiring better employees because I will not come back again. To a disrespectful community

Very bad service, the lady who helped me was very rude, she had a lot of attitude, she looked upset and very impatient, they should hire warm and friendly staff!

This was my first job when I was in high school. I had applied to this location and the owners sent me all the way to Lodi for a month until they let me go because apparently I wasn’t doing well. Mind you my coworkers never once trained me. Well, decided to leave a review today because I went in with my family to get sandwiches. We had one coupon to get three sandwiches and they were only making two we had told them to add one more and the Indian workers started whispering to each other in their language and raising their voices at us in a judgmental way. Not sure if they remembered who I was. When we were ready to pay they threw our sandwiches into a bag in an angry manner. Now I’m not being racist but I feel like subways need to be more diverse and stop hiring family. If you go in and wonder why the same Indians are still there every time you return is because they don’t tell on each other like they would a Mexican, African or Caucasian. Well that concludes my long review.

It smelled like fresh bread when we walked in. The vegetables were fresh and we were the only ones inside. Our sandwiches were made how we liked them. Outside was clean upon walking in.

Came here on May 20th. I was Probably the second customer. I told the lady artesian Italian bread but she prepared in white bread. Very irritated was getting upset because I was slow. I tried to make conversation since we are from the same country but she wasn't having it. Please retrain. She clearly doesn't like working Saturday morning.n was very happy when I refused to take she receipt.

On March 22 I ordered for delivery. I didn't get my second bag of Sun Chips. I used Subway's contact form and someone by the name of Gus Chima responded to me. However, Gus never addressed my concern. I paid for something that I didn't receive. I'm not giving out free money here. I paid for Sun Chips I should receive what I paid for or a refund. Every time I responded to Gus' email he never rectified my issue and the last time I responded to him he never got back to me. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Subway food is fresh, It tastes good and fresh, and at this Subway. I have not encountered limitations on lettuce, tomato, and other veggies. There is another local Subway, which I am not mention here - that they do limit veggies, and have said, (another Subway). We have to make our sandwiches according to the formula (what is written in the book. No more than 6 pieces of black olives on a footlong sub, I am paying my money, and since I can not limit my money, according to the formula, I expect my sub be made for me the way I LIKE it! (Formula?). Another local Subway, NOT this location. That is why I quit going to that other Subway!
