Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
7Nasty staff nasty service, they all need to be fired immediately. They are so disrespectful omg idk how these people are allowed to work here. Subway please investigate this restaurant. They don’t even wash their hands!
Walked into the crew all sitting on a call lady got up to take our orders but not paying attention to use keep paying attention to the dudes sitting and talking had to repeat my self hella times will not be returning
They, first off, don't usually take the coupons that come in the mail, I don't understand this. The coupons are for Madera residents and this place is in Madera.
They do get some homeless people and drunks around there, they are not a problem if they are not vomiting or asking for $$ by following you.
They usually have very good sandwiches there but today, I guess the girl was new and having a bad day. She made me the wrong sandwich and I had to keep telling her what to put in my sandwich. Usually they ask if I want mayo or mustard or vinegar and oil or salt and pepper but I had to keep stopping her from finishing my sandwich to ask for those things.
I hope whoever is training her will do a better job of it.
So disrespectful towards me and my family. Last time I ever go to this specific area for subway
I placed a doordash order. I called to speak with these people.about the order they did not even understand.very rude and they hung up on me.if you run busy business learn how to speak ENGLISH.and learn customer service. Do not go to this place.
The bathroom was very dirty. They were not short staffed or busy. None of the employees washed their hands before the food was prepared. They were friendly enough and patient. The food was good. Bacon could have been more cooked.
This subway shop smelled like rotten meat, I could not understand the sandwich maker who did not understand me, the cashier who attempted to translate for me turned out to be much like the sandwich maker. Neither party spoke English very well and I believe that is essential in the United States of America that people can effectively speak English.
The sandwich tasted like the sub shop smelled like bad meat, maybe their refrigerator was off or broken I don't know but something did not smell nor taste right.
