Suds & Duds coin and credit card laundry

I am very disappointed with this laundrymat. I swiped my debit credit card on the machines to wash my clothes. I swiped 2 machines at 7.50 which is 15.00 dollars, that's fine. I then later saw on my account that Suds & Duds subtracted 15.00 X 3 that was $45. I called they told me it takes 2 to 3 days for the refund. That is so wrong, let's say you don't have that much in the bank and it bounces and charges you $35 over draft fee. Are they going to refund that too? I don't think I want to deal with that mess with the Covid and losing jobs we can't afford being over charged. Please improve your system and accommodate your customers.

As laundry locations go, it's average. But user beware, if you use a credit card, you're probably going to be ok. However, if you use a debit card there is a high probability that you will be charged double. And although the overage will be reversed in 2 to 3 days, if you dip below your minimum balance, you are likely to be penalized by your bank, and that cannot be recovered. I found this out the hard way. I am considering legal action, as there is no posting, warning customers of this. It took me about a year to connect the dots, to date I've lost about $85.00. I will only use cash here.

Owner was there while we were and was very helpful. We don't use a laundromat unless we're on vacation, so it was nice to have the help. Very clean and affordable. Definately recommend. Thanks for a positive experience.

Clean place, good prices, owner was very friendly. Sometimes people make the difference between a customer's experience being pleasant and not enjoyable, and the owner definitely made my visit enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Nice machines, and the machines take credit cards which is amazingly convenient. Only thing is the price is a bit high compared to some other places but it's not bad.

It was very good. I think machine charged me twice though in total $15 instead of $7 something. Maybe I swiped it too many times. But dryer has not charged me $2 on the card though.
