Clean, plenty of machines. Well maintained. Staff members are friendly and will help if you need instructions or anything. They stay busy walking around keeping it clean. Community is respectful of others. Machines work well. Small, medium & large machines available. The dryers work extremely well. Good price per load. Space to fold your clothes. The machines use dollar coins, so bring cash to exchange for change. There is an ATM in the adjacent parking lot if you need cash.

Clean and plenty of machines. On-site person makes regular rounds to keep the place clean. Washers are large allowing multiple loads. Dryers are large and circulate the clothes to thoroughly dry. Great place for people who need to do large loads. Still the best maintained laundromat we have used!

I was looking for a spot to wash clothes near my job in fashion valley and discovered this laundrymat. Decent prices for $3,5 ant $8 big washers to do big blankets and pillows, very clean and 3minutes from 163 freeway and friars by linda vista. No restroom but well kept clean facility, hours are 5am to 8: 30pm

Owner has always tried to keep the place clean. This laundry mat also accepts only dollar coins.quarters is the past - at least for this location.not sure with other laundry mat

I can always find an open machine here. It's always tidy. It's not a pretty space exactly but you can tell someone is going through to straighten up regularly.
The only thing issue is that parking is sometimes a challenge, so I have to haul my things a long way unless I get there early.

I never thought I'd go to a laundry mat again, but my dryer broke. The washers/dryers were clean and fast.

The whole time I've been here, the attendants have been cleaning. The floor is spotless (which is great because I dropped some clothes), the counters are dust free, I'm glad this place is well kept.

The only issue is there is no public bathroom and I am super pregnant and need to pee. Luckily the washer and dryer are so fast though!
