Terribly rude owners - I seldom if ever leave bad reviews, but I'd avoid this place at all costs, despite it being the only place available within a 2 hour drive. Sad to have had this kind of experience, but the least I can do is warn others to avoid this park.

This is a small campground but nice. Karen the host was really nice. It was easy to get in and out of as well.

Great spot! We didn't have reservations, called about an hour ahead. Staff was very friendly!

Woman's washroom was great. Your basic stalls, not 5 stars but not 1.25 full time residents, 4 dry camp spots with sweet views of the Warners and 5 pull through stalls for night trailers.

Shower was awesome as tile was redone not too long ago. Water is warm for those cold mornings.

Washer and dryer are available for a nominal charge. There's a table to sit and work too. Windows in the room are new double paned! The building will get a repaint soon

Beautiful surrounding views of the warner mountains and the wildlife refuge as the location is just at the edge of town. Plentiful deer passing through. Good yard nearby to play with kids or toss ball with the dog/ take for walk. Nearby walking trail that goes to casino or wildlife refuge.how's that for contrast!

Local 4 corners store for grocery supplies about a mile down the street on.the corner at the blinking light.the ONLY stoplight in town.

Get your morning coffee variant with fresh donuts or muffin at the local owned Wild Mustard or Starbucks in the Niles.

Breakfast at the Wagon Wheel or Auction Yard (W-Sun) or a beautiful breakfast drive in to Cedarville and eat a diverse -choice breakfast at the Country Hearth that opens at 6 am. Freshmade donuts there are out of this world.

The Vault, an up-scale coffee and finger-pastries establishment is open Thurdsday through Sunday 6am to 2pm. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with great view of the alkali basin where the hot springs are located

Super friendly staff, bathrooms, laundry, but no showers. Awesome park right across the street and walking distance from town.

Nice quiet RV park. They have large pull thru spots with full hookups which made it easy for us with a 45 foot fifth wheel. We didn’t have to unhook since the site was level. It was easy to get into and easy to pull out with their circle drive. The manager was very nice and helpful, she showed us to our spot and made sure we were good for the evening. We also saw 5 deer wandering around in the evening and morning. Would definitely recommend this rv park.

Quiet place, across from nice city park. Current rate is $40 for a pull through. I believe that's all they have for overnight rental. Utilities are just okay. Very personable Campground host.

Full hookups, pull-through spaces, laundry. On the edge of downtown so it’s easy to walk to shops, food, museum and Ace hardware. Slightly longer walk to Right Aid or grocery. Public park right next door where deer come through daily. Manger Karen is friendly, efficient and helpful. She keeps everything clean, quiet, peaceful and running efficiently.

We have stayed here twice on trips from Bend, Oregon heading towards California and Arizona National Parks in winter. This small RV park is ideally suited for a night's stay in NE CA. The hostess is pleasant - the facilities are clean and heated in winter - and the park is located off the main travel routes through town. We find this place an ideal refuge on that first night of a long roadtrip!

The camp host was great. The lots were fine. We needed a place for one night and this worked out great. Park across the street was great to walk dog. Laundry facilities were adequate.

We have stayed at this park 3 times over the last 10 years. We will not go back. Sorry to say, unless they clean up the place, remove some very marginal full timers, and train staff better, they will continue to loose customers. The new manager was very friendy. Let's hope she can improve the park.

I love this little RV park! Feels very homey. The owner is very welcoming. I did laundry while I was there. Nice and clean laundry room. Can't beat the price, $1.25 to wash 1.00 to dry. Also have books and DVDs to take one leave one. Also nice park across the street to let your dogs run off leash The weather was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while on detail for work and the host saved a spot for me a month in advance. Very accommodating! The park is older, but they have 50 amp and room for the big'uns. They have laundry/bathrooms and limited wifi. Across the street is a nice city park; and the road next door is a dead end which turns into gravel and a great place to walk your dogs. There is a mix of long term mobiles/trailers and over nighters here. Very clean and water is good. All in all, I'm really enjoying my stay here and hope to come back again on my travels. Great rock hunting adventures all around the park.

Had the best time there! The manager Karen was the sweetest.if I lived there she could possibly be my new best friend! Was great chatting with her at our site and we will definitely be back.
You won't be disappointed!

They are going thru transition however that doesn't keep them from treating you like family.

Friendly owner/manager, easy in/out, FHU at a fair price. Walking distance to coffee, hardware store, etc.and public park across the street. Quiet at night - we were concerned about trains but then only noticed them during the day.

Old drunk sob can't even keep you reservations, my dad and uncles drew a deer tag up there and made reservations for two weeks, one week in and without notice the manager told them they had to get out by tomorrow because he rented there spots out. People please read the reviews, they don't lie
