I been living here for almost 3 years now.
So far the best place I've ever rented
I do want to say you get what you pay for.
Although rent is up the roof, they are constantly renewing everything.
Maintenance is always cleaning
Every issue you bring up gets taken care of withing the day, 2 days max.
Its completely safe for my kids as it is gated, from time to time I see a security walking up and down the apartments.

I came here to take a tour of the place & when I first walked in the apartment, it was nice! Moved in and everything was just perfect for me and mine. Catherine has been so helpful throughout the application process, the moving in process and Isaiah has been helpful to following up on maintenance requests. Mario was nice as well, he came by to fix any requests that was made. Nice place, beautiful inside and out, management team is always on point.

I've lived here for a year and regret it ever since, no parking, washing machines always down, no hot water, broken glass and vomit on the sidewalk. If you think its safe then you're horribly wrong, never walk out at night because a helicopter is telling you to stay indoors. They raise the rent constantly and spend it on a utility cart. Do yourself a favor and rent else where.

I moved into Summer Crest’s August 2018. Based on the price, location and size of the apartment I knew this would be perfect. After the first year’s lease was up I was informed I was on a monthly plan. Since then my rent has only went up twice; totaling about $250. I have a spacious two bedroom 1.5 bathroom located on the top level (directly in front of the pool) and one parking garage. It is central air so it gets pretty hot in the summer and the system only heats and cools the living room, dining room, and kitchen. I would recommend purchasing a decent fan for the bedroom. The bed room does come with heaters. With that being said, the electric bill can get pretty high and the payments are due every other month. After the first 2 payments and seeing what you typically pay, I would suggest setting up an auto pay on the off months and pay about half so you aren’t taking a big hit every other month.

One of my previous issues was that there were certain one bedroom apartments with two parking spaces where I only had only one; however, to combat that they do offer a waitlist for additional parking at a price. (Must have additional car; can’t use for guest) Parking is limited and can only be used after the leasing office is closed and before it is open… which builds up pretty quickly due to other tenants waiting out the time in the entrance’s roundabout. Shortly after moving in, the complex went through a small renovation on the outside which was nice and they continuously keep up on the beautification of the community. There isn’t a mail room for large packages so they will drop it at the door. Yes, a little risky however mail, ups, fedex runs a little later in the day and sometimes the office may be closed or closing by then.

The maintenance team is always nice and helpful. Sometimes there is a longer wait for some requests but over all they try to get things done in a timely manner. Since my initial review (a year ago) they have done well with keeping the trash down; however, I would have like to see a little more in the garages. Some tents seems to think it’s an appropriate place to leave their trash and I have notice people come to clean up the ground inside but leave the trash.

I tent to communicate with the leasing office through email most of the time; however, the time I do call they are pretty responsive. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience.

I have been living here for 6 months now. This is my first time living in an apartment, and I couldn't be happier with this location!

Also, whenever something needs a little attention, the maintenance team is on point! Mario is supper attentive and quick to take action.

Even though I was very happy with the way the complex was set up, I am happy to see that something is always being upgraded.

The pool area is very well kept, the landscaping is on point, and the management staff has exceeded my expectations.
