Everyone is so kind and encouraging to patients and to each other. Staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. They go out of their way to exceed patient expectations everyday.

The CNAs have trouble answering the call lights. I don't know if they are too overwhelming busy or they just take their time in answering the call lights. Out side of that it is a great facility
