He is very knowledgeable and informative on what’s going on with our pets. We always feel kind of like family when we go there, they know our dogs well. And care for them even more. I've just picked up my long hair sheltie after a grooming, he was shaved without permission, he has no hair, he is shaking and traumatized, how could people that care about dogs have done this to my dog! He can't even go outside looking the way that he does. Their groomer does not care about older dogs, she did a horrible job. Do not go here!

Recently moved from New York City where I loved my vet. I was anxious about the quality of care I would get for my dogs here in the mountains - and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Madden is very professional, friendly and great with giant dogs. I’ve also seen the other vets and was very happy. All the vets went to top tier universities and are well credentialed.

The office staff/vet techs are amazing and kind - and always willing to speak to you about your fur babies.

I was sick recently and the vet tech drove the meds my dog needs to my house and left them in my mailbox. That would never happen in a big city.

These guys are great. I travel alot with my Husky. One time, we were in Germany and the Huskys paperwork was doubted. I called these guys and that's all it took. Just phone call. Their response was quick and swift. On another occasion, we got health concerns while in Africa and again these guys were very responsive the moment we alerted them.you can't have a better medical team for your dog.call these guys and you will never be disappointed.

I having been taking my pets to Summit Veterinary for years. Our black lab lived to a great age of 18 and our Chocolate lab is 16. We have a chihuahua and a cat and everyone is taken care of. Thank you for going the extra mile. Sharon

Dr Hakney is a good veterinarian. Shes very caring and has good suggestions about the care of my senior cat.
