I spoke to several constructions companies before hiring Sunbay to build my ADU and I am glad I did. Instead of sub-letting work-out the owner Saeid himself with his team performed all the jobs. Which I preferred.
The job was complicated as it required building a single bedroom/full bath/kitchen condo. It required city permits and several city inspector’s physical reviews. Saeid was able to work all of city issues without to much of my time. Due to Sunbay’s professionalism and city permit knowledge, every step went smoothly. My job was completed on time and within my budget. Overall It was a turn-key build from demolition to front keys in my hand. Now it’s rented out and making me money.
The only function I did was to select tiles, wall colors, kitchens/bathroom Appliances & kitchen counters.
I was & I am very happy with their work & highly recommend them.

We used sunbay construction to remodel our home between may'20 and dec'20.they remodeled the kitchen, 2 baths, installed new flooring throughout, painted the interior/exterior, upgraded the electrical systems, and made several minor/major improvements around the house.their professionalism and workmanship was topnotch.saeid, the owner, does a significant amount of work himself and pays great attention to detail.he is also responsive to customer requests and does not charge for minor changes.despite using a relatively small crew (no more than 1 or 2 workers), they finished all projects on time and within budget with no surprises.we highly recommend sunbay construction for any job you would like to get done at your house.

Sunbay Construction and its owner, Saeid, has done numerous build out and total construction projects and contracting for me and my partners. We are a group of professional investors and understand construction fairly well. Our experience with Sunbay has been superb and he has been very professional in every aspect of each and every projects, from A to Z! In this industry, it is fairly difficult to find reliable, honest and on time contractors, however, Sunbay has indeed exceeded and went beyond our expectations with clean professional work!

Sunbay did a complete remodel of my house in Los Altos from the ground up. The project was close to $1,000,000 including complete new electrical, plumbing, framing, etc, down to complete finish of tike work, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and granite work. I needed to move back into the house on time and Sunbay finished the project exactly on time. It was great to work with Sunbay and I never had any issues with any of the subcontractors. Highly recommended.

I hired Saeid after having difficulty with the current contractor passing city inspections. Saeid came in and got an extensive remodel completed, AND brought the home compliant and got us our move-in permits in a timely manner. He earned my trust, and I hired him for a few more jobs since. Having a trustworthy contractor is important.
